I'm very disappointed in the service that I received during my appointment. To be fair, the technician was nice and accommodated me even though I was a few minutes late. Additionally, the place is decorated beautifully and they seem to be taking COVID-19 very seriously.... However, the services that I paid for, I did not receive. I booked a Deep Cleansing Facial and a Sports Massage. What I received was a basic facial and a Swedish massage. What really angers me is that I paid extra for both services and received basic services. I will not return to this business. read more

I came here for the foot massage. I got a nice deal from groupon and wanted to try this out. This is my first time and must say, not too bad. The place is in a strip mall with many other lil stores. It is not too hard to find. Parking is very convenient right in front, it's a crawl away. The front person was nice, she greeted me as soon as I walked in, she is very courteous. The place is clean and organized. The place has mini rooms for massages. My foot massage was great, the staff who did mine was helpful making sure I wasn't hurting with the massage. But back to the overall review, there was a mix up with booking (which was my fault) and i came in to see if they could still take me in and BRANDY was so kind and so sweet! She was the one that checked me in AND did my service! I got a Swedish massage and i can say i feel SO rejuvenated and refreshed, it was by far the most relaxed i have felt in a while! The environment was well decorated and peaceful. They were able to accommodate both my mother and I in one room to get massages AND facials which was nice because no one likes to have to get up and move to another room. They listened to the areas we wanted most targeted and the massages were amazing! Some massage therapists want to talk during a massage so I really appreciated the fact that my therapist did not. I work with autistic children as well as have 3 of my own PLUS I'm a week away from my wedding so I really needed peace and quite and that is exactly what I got! Over the last two years, my family and I have spent nearly $1500 in gift cards and services for our mothers/aunts. My aunts reached out to Me Time to schedule their appointment within the last week with the expectation that they could utilize the remaining balance on their gift cards they received last year. They were denied the option and were informed that their gift card had an expiration date. The gift card receipt, gift cardholder, and the actual card do not have an expiration date PRINTED. As well, their salesman never communicated with ME (the buyer) when I purchased the gift cards on behalf of the group last year. On the phone, their front desk attendant stated that once the card is purchased from the store you have 60 days to schedule an appointment. In this case, their first appointment was satisfactory but on the second trip, they did not receive their full service and was told they could reschedule later. This is where the confusion really comes into play, they accepted one of the 4 cards purchased but DENIED the other 3 the opportunity to utilize their remaining balance. I called and requested a refund and was DENIED because they have a "non-refundable" policy. To the staff of Me Time Day Spa, we were avid supporters but I do not appreciate you and these counterfeit actions. If my family cannot receive the service as stated, please feel free to provide a refund for the balance on the 3 remaining gift cards. I hate returning home and hearing news like this. Me Time Day Spa is committing several crimes with this incident. Therefore, if you received or give a card, please make sure you ask these thieves to write the expiration date on your receipt. read more

Once your appointment is scheduled it will be at least 4 months out before they can see you and your GROUPON will be expired they will not give you a refund or offer you anything in place of your expired GROUPON. My experience at Me Time Day Spa recently was such a delightful and luxurious experience! First I had the foot detox and massage. Brandy took great care to explain the detox process and to ask whether there was any issue with my feet so I could enjoy the detox and massage. By the end of the session, my feet felt great. Recommend it for anyone who stands on their feet, soldiers active duty and retired Veterans allike. Owned by a fellow Veteran, it added to feeling as if supporting one of our own, as a Veteran myself felt as if paramount when possible to support another Veteran. My second time at Me Time Day Spa was when I got a Swedish Massage from Zay. Although a cliche, it was in a word, heavenly. This was my first time having a foot detox and massage, a Swedish massage and know it will not be my last. Me Time Day Spa experience is definitely unique and worth checking out. Went in for the Specialty Facial for Dermaplaning facial w/hydro jelly mask which included deep cleanse, dermaplaning, extractions, masque, hydration and sun protection... for 130 which totaled $146.00. The associate was a nice girl but she missed a step. She should've walked to each step on what she was doing being that this was my first time and if I knew I woulda e said something in the room. The actual Dermaplane that was supposed to be done never was done. A whole step missed. I did not feel that on my face. She rubbed my face over and over with different jellies and masques with the hot steam. Not once did the dermaplane. The extraction was only on my nose, and not my entire face. Once I was done, I went to my car and still squeezed my nose and blackheads still came out.. sooo I'm confused as to why I paid 146 dollars for a simple ass facial that I could've done at home. Yeah ... never again. But missing the step to rid my face of the peach fuzz wit the dermaplane is what's getting to me. I would like to go back and have a long discussion with the manager but u know what imma just let God handle that! read more

I came here to get a Brazilian wax from Alicia. I haven't gotten a wax in months, so I was definitely nervous. She made the experience extremely settling. She explained the process of everything she was doing as she did it. I usually am famous for getting ingrown hairs, and precious waxes I got them not long after the appointment. I haven't had any! I never thought I would say this but, I had the most painless and best Brazilian with Dana that I have ever had. I have been getting waxed for almost 10 years and Dana is seriously the best ever. She was very meticulous to ensure there was no hair left at all. Dana was knowledgeable and explained everything. She definitely put my nerves at ease with trying a new esthetician. She has a Pretty Kitty club for her clients which I thought was really cool. She's very nice and takes her time to ensure you're happy with the end result. The type of wax she uses is literally painless. She started and I actually didn't even know she had began waxing until a few strips later when I asked if she had begun pulling them off. I didn't believe the other reviews about how painless her waxing is but it's the truth. She doesn't double dip her sticks, she wears gloves and is extremely clean with her tools. I switched to Dana that day and will continue seeing her! Everyone at the spa was super nice from start to finish. This place is legit! Going back for my second appointment, today! I've been looking forward to it for a week and a half!! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and kind! I had microdermabrasion done for the first time and it was an excellent experience!! I couldn't get over how much knowledge they had about my procedure. They recommended the redness reducer (but didn't push) and can't believe how much it helped, I am ecstatic. I bought the Groupon for four microdermabrasion sessions and I am so excited to see the results; if only one made this big of a difference I can't wait to see what more will do! I was so impressed with this salon/spa. Persia greeted me and was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. I felt relaxed from the moment I walked in the door. Neisha my esthetician seemed really knowledgeable and really customized my eyelash extensions and brows to look great on me. She directed me to check out their services online and they offer a huge list of amazing services, including specials for military. I'm originally from the LA area and then Las Vegas and this is the kind of spa treatment you would expect from a high end casino, or Beverly Hills spa, but with reasonable pricing.
