My best friend told me about this place and I am pleased with the service. My eyebrows needs a little help because of very bad waxing experiences but I am told that they are able to train the shape of my brows once I continue to have them do it. We shalMy daughter on the other hand has perfect eyebrows and they did a wonderful job cleaning them up. The two times I've been there there was hardly a wait and the customer service is great. Highly recommend this salon! When I first moved here, one of the first things I did was try to find a threading place I was comfortable with. After trying many local places here in Fayetteville, this was the first place that really listened to how I wanted my brows to look. They would stop and show me their progress so I was never worried of getting my brows too thin! The ladies that run this business are so kind and welcoming as well as extremely professional. After being a regular customer here for almost 2 years, I love how they are adding more services to the business. I not only get my brows done but also a lash lift & tint!! I haven't gone to this place in a year and a half because after trying this place and two other threading places in Fayetteville, I found the PERFECT one that isn't here. (Update: name of other salon removed at request of manager of Jill's, who personally called me after reading this review and would not like me to promote other business--fair enough. There was no apology given for the experience though, and she just said that the complaints were made to them and redirected conversation back to editing out the name lol) This place wasn't terrible, but the work was inconsistent every time I went. Sometimes the brows were great, and sometimes there was something wrong with them like if they were too thin, too arched etc. I decided to come back and review this place because they popped up on my instagram feed. After wondering why they popped up on my instagram stories, I realized I was following two accounts of theirs. I don't usually follow these type of accounts and didn't remember following them. I realized that the last time I came to this place, the two women working there prompted us to give us their phones so they can show us how to review them on google. They ended up giving themselves 5 stars on google and submitting it, and I guess they opened instagram and followed two of their accounts. I was wondering why the pages showed up on my phone and seeing that my guy friend, who got his brows threaded with me at the time, was also a mutual follower (who DOES NOT follow random beauty accounts and only typical memes) made the memory come back to me. The fact that they were opening apps on my phone when they got their hands on it to boost their business is UNPROFESSIONAL. This experience of them rating themselves was also a contributing factor as to why I never returned. You can come here if you like, but there are better places in Fayetteville that practice better professionalism and craft. read more

I came in as a walk-in and one of the first things I was asked was if I had I face covering. I said yes. The woman told me to put it on. No problem. There was another customer in one of the seats getting her eyebrows threaded with no mask on. The workers did not wear masks either. I put my mask on and as I am getting my eyebrows done at least three more customers arrive and they were not asked to put on a mask at any point while I was there. If you are going to make a business rule you should enforce it for everyone and not just one person. I won't be going back. read more

One of the best customer service. Very welcoming and friendly. To begin with when I got there it wasn't busy so it was perfect. I loved that you have to sign in like in a iPad and select what your there to get. For me it was just to get my eyebrows thread. Which I loved how they came out. But then the lady saw how I had a lot of nose hair and suggested to get them waxed. I didn't want to because I hate pain and plus I had never gotten them waxed before. Moreover I ended up getting my nose waxed since she told me it doesn't hurt as much as threading your eyebrows so I trusted her. And she wasn't lying at all it did hurt a little bit but not as bad as threading. I wish I could remember her name she took great care of me I totally would recommend her. Additionally I loved how my eyebrows came out and my nose too they did a astonishing job. When we walked in we didn't feel welcomed (business owner wasn't present) I was quite disappointed when I noticed that I was being treated differently from the customer that was walked in after me. The older lady was quite rude to me but sweet to the other customer. The brow that she gave me was uneven and left a clump on the end of one of my brows. I ended up walking back in to get it corrected by the business owner. I would've given a worse review if the business owner weren't there to correct my brows. read more

Best place for eyebrow threading and tint. They always do amazing work. Im extremely picky with my brows, trust me, you'll love it. I appreciate that they always leave the length of my brows. Other places always left them short. In the past I had lash lift and tint done too and it came out beautiful. Place is clean, they wear their masks, have sanitizer in the front and they sanitize themselves before they attend you, as they should. I highly recommend! read more

Quick and clean. First time getting my eyebrows tinted and I had high expectations. For $20 I no longer have to fill in my brows thanks to tinting but my only complaint was how thick she made them appear. They're not terrible looking but they're slightly overdrawn with the tint while my original brow was much thinner. I'll check out this other place closer to my house that is $5 cheaper for tint and see how they do. Otherwise I'll come back and hope they do better next time. read more

Went here for my first time getting my eyebrows threaded yesterday. Great experience and super fast and friendly service. No need to have an appointment for eyebrows because they're done super quick and precise. The check in system is also pretty cool, you pick your service and the person doing your service and it'll tell you the wait time. You also get rewards through that. I will definitely be coming back regularly for my eyebrows. I've been getting them waxed for years and over time they have gotten thinner. This is a healthy alternative and way more precise. Today was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded, tinted, lashes lifted and tinted. It wasn't as bad as I thought the threading would be. The customer service here was great. Thank you to Donna for making the experience way better than I expected. Since it's my first time I still have to get used to my brows but they look great. I love them. What the ladies here need to learn is proper customer service! They never smile and always in a bad mood! They want to thread your eyebrows any which way they like to do and dare you say something! They belittle you in front of all customers! Besides, the place is very unhygienic and I don't ever see them wash their hands or sanitize after each customer! I would never go back to this place and would not recommend it! A place that I would trust with my eyebrows, seriously. The lady made them exactly the way I want my eyebrows and more symmetrical (my eyebrows are naturally asymmetric). However, they charge $12 for eyebrows and like $10 for chin and like $8 for upper lip, which more pricy than I'm used to in ATLANTA. However, I would remember this place. read more

DO NOT COME HERE. Writing the same review here as I did on google. They give people discounts for writing a positive review, which is why this "salon" is highly rated. Unfortunately , I fell for the reviews and decided to come by. I got my upper lip threaded and the lady threaded PART OF MY ACTUAL LIP. My lip started bleeding and it is still irritated and scarred. It was the most painful, sloppy upper lip thread ever. I also got a full leg wax (big mistake). The room was dirty. The cushion of the bed they have you lay on was stained from past waxes. The pillow case you're supposed to lay your head on does not get changed. It was super dirty. I would like my money back but decided to write a review first to let everybody know that these five-star reviews are fake. Take a look at them. They're all basically saying the same thing.
