The art on the wall is painted by the lovely bartender, the open mic is ran by a friendly and talented musician, the decor is homely and nice, the Rock and roll was ridiculously awesome! Apparently they have an open stage or an open mic on nearly every night of the week which is fantastic. There is a pool table if great live music isn't your thing and you can also admire all the art pieces on the wall. Really glad I went there.

Please dont get me wrong here, i really actually love this bar. Its always frighteningly dark, located in the bottom of a decrepit shopping centre and the interior gives off a total Bangkok-brothel kind of vibe. It feels like being on the inside of a dirty cage. Its kind of like ....you get the feeling some really shady cock fight is going on in the back, but you dont know for sure because you dont know the right people to get access to the good shit....and you wanna ask, but know you aint cool enough to know...and ruffling the wrong feathers (pun majorly intended) will probably get your ass banned for life... Yeah...its that kinda place. You probably wont get your drink for like 10 minutes, if the bartender even bothers to acknowledge your presence at all. I dont even think there was a door on the bathroom stall last time i was there but that whole concept is pretty over-rated anyway. But these reasons and countless others are why i fucking love this place. Most people would probably run away as fast as they could at the first sight of this nightmare, but I am not most people. I am a simple drunk who enjoys being left alone to drink my Molson Ex and play the video Playboy picture jumble game in peace. (I hope i still can claim partial ownership of the high score....) Upstairs you have a nice terrasse for the summer, karaoke and slot machines at the far end. You got a great selection of drinks and the staff was super friendly. Downstairs they did some major renovations and it's worth checking out. I do feel it's focussing mostly on students which is expected considering where it's located. You got shiny new disco ball so I assume this place turns into a dance room, you got some classic arcade games and the coolest part was there was a group of students that were playing beer pong. there is an additional bar downstairs so you don't have to actually go upstairs to get more drinks. What's a student hang out without a pool table they've got it! ... Like I said this place is an all-in-one so whether you're going with a small group or a group of 30 he can definitely accommodate.
