HI There, Jim Apessos has been fantastic to work with. He is a follow through guy who give you 100% of his attention and follow through. I originally spoke to him in June. We reviewed my credit and realized that I had issues that needed to be dealt with. He counseled me and provided a plan and direction. We at that time decided to follow up in December. Well December came and Jim followed up. I was initially discouraged, but he did not let it go. He reran my credit and found that I had taken the steps he had directed me to and we were good to go on my Refi. Jim continued to take the ball and run with it.
