Here's why: At the end of the day, Quentin's is an overpriced McDonald's: you have to order at the cash register and pay, then walk back to your table and wait for your food. The ambient: non-existent. Way too bright, not cozy. The burger quality: our burgers were made with frozen industrial patties (you can tell because the patties were so finely grated) - peppered with liquid smoke.
