We turned the system off and contacted TE Spall & Son for service. Within an hour or so of the start of business, we received a phone call and were kindly offered priority service that same morning. The technician, Aaron, arrived not long after, fixed the problems we had, answered tons of questions I had, and performed routine maintenance that was badly needed.
