Bruce was very kind and understanding of the nature of the emergency call and came over to see what the problem was within a very short period of time. He came back the next morning with Justin (I hope I remembered his name correctly) to make all the needed repairs. They repaired all the problems and explained everything I needed to do when the water was turned back. They both explained everything that was done and how each fix worked. I am not a first-time customer, actually, this was the third time I have had WaterBoy Plumbing services come to my home, but I can say they are the best. Such a wonderful group of people. Thank you again, Bruce, for coming out on the 3 AM call. Awesome service.

I cant say enough about the professionalism of each and every person at Rinker that I have…read moreinteracted with over the past several months related to the HVAC services work they have done at our lake house. Rinker was the only one who provided a flat installation fee (that was also reasonable), a relatively quick installation appointment, and gave me answers to my questions that made sense and were consistent with appropriate practice. The protectors that were installed had higher capacity than another contractor's installation which I was told was "just enough." Just as important, the electrician left the installation sites clean and finished (the work to install one of the units appeared to take efforts that were above and beyond a simple installation however I was not charged any extra). I will continue to use Rinker whenever possible!

He did his thing and handed me a $5300 bill for a $3000 job. He didn't even have to dig the ditch and still fucked me over. So much for the friend of a friend recommendations. I wouldn't hire this guy to fix a faucet. He didn't have to dig or fill the whole. He basically charged me for having my friend do all the dirty work. Personally, I wouldn't piss down his neck if his heart was on fire and I think he sucks, hard. Avoid at all cost unless you want to pay double.
