Had a water emergency at 3 AM, placed a call to WaterBoy Plumbing, and received a call back within 10 minutes from Bruce. Bruce was very kind and understanding of the nature of the emergency call and came over to see what the problem was within a very short period of time. He came back the next morning with Justin (I hope I remembered his name correctly) to make all the needed repairs. They repaired all the problems and explained everything I needed to do when the water was turned back. They both explained everything that was done and how each fix worked. I am not a first-time customer, actually, this was the third time I have had WaterBoy Plumbing services come to my home, but I can say they are the best. Such a wonderful group of people. Absolutely the best - trust Bruce and Waterboy! We purchased our first home in April 2025 and have been on a crash course in homeownership ever since - one thing breaking after another. The most stressful issue by far was our well. They worked for my daughter and myself for sump pump work and there work is very good .

My parents have used them before and loved their work. I sadly had a pipe burst, yay shark bite fitting thingy. Anyways, I called at 7am and by 9:30 am they were here fixing the problem. I had been told there was a drainage problem in my garage. I was really worried and called Water Boy about that and about leaky outside taps. Installed a new sump pump in my basement less than the originally quoted price. They were very professional throughout the whole process. I cannot say enough good things about them and their work. They were easy to talk to over the phone and worked with my schedule to have the work completed. They showed up on time and completed the work in one day even after running into some problems. The owner even helped me troubleshoot my gas furnace that was not working at the time. The installation was clean and very well done.
