My first four years with the agency were fine, but in the last year or so, things went downhill fast. They began regularly charging me double, and I had to call in almost every month to get it fixed. I repeatedly asked to speak with Danny, but not once did he reach out to me as a customer. Then came "ED" -- easily the worst employee I've ever dealt with at any State Farm location. All I wanted was to confirm that my policy was closed and that I didn't owe any more money. Instead, he couldn't answer basic questions, became confrontational, and told me he could treat me however he wanted because I was "no longer a customer." Every time I asked to speak to someone else, he kept arguing, trying to get the last word, and lying about what he could see in my account. Finally, in a dismissive, aggressive tone, he said, "No, you don't owe," as if he just wanted to shut me up -- sounding uncaring, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. Then he hung up on me. When I called back, he answered with, "Are we really going to keep doing this?" I was stunned. For the fifth time, I asked to speak with someone else and finally got Josh, who was professional, thorough, and able to answer every single question without issue. I should have left much sooner. State Farm's prices kept going up until they were charging me over $260 a month for car insurance -- I had been paying about $150 before. Now, I'm with AAA, paying $170 a month and have my renter's insurance bundled in. It's highway robbery the prices State Farm is trying to enforce. Danny's office lost my business forever. ED was dirty, disgusting, mean, and the final straw. This office will fail because of him and the constant mistakes made by its employees.
