First, very professional and very personable. Showed up when they said they would (7:30 AM). Didn't waste any time. The pile was located in an area that had limited access. Using wheelbarrows, GJ Landworks began loading the pile into a trailer. After loading all of it, they made sure the area was cleaned up thoroughly. Then they made sure the street area by the trailer was swept up. They tarped the load so nothing would fall out. All done by 9:30 AM. Quality work and very reasonably priced. We recently had a tree removed and I just knew our gutters were in dire need of cleaning. I did look at having a gutter guard of some type put in but the costs (cleaning was included) was significant. After I rec'd the quote from Gutter Maids I figured I could get this service done once a year for the next 12-15 years and still be ahead of the game. BTW, even with most gutter guard system it is still recommended to have your gutters cleaned every few years. I wasn't there when the crew arrived but my wife works from home and called me to complain about being distracted by men walking on our roof. So at least I know work was being done. When I got home everything was cleaned up and there was nothing out of place. I could see the first floor gutters from the upstairs windows and the job looked perfect. Everything from booking the appointment to paying the invoice couldn't be any easier. Good Job! Will definitely use them again.

Took a deposit of $250 and left my yard in worse condition. Started the job and their equipment…read morebroke, leading to huge drag lines across the main part of my backyard, leaving the yard in worse condition than when they started. (I was using them to level the backyard and seed) I agreed they didn't need to come back right away for leveling, and that they could wait until sprinkler system was in place for seeding. That took a while due to delays from the sprinkler company, but when finally done I contacted them and I was asked if the owner could stop by and have access to the backyard when I wasn't home. I said that wouldn't work due to needing to go through the garage to get there (no access gate yet), but that I could be there within a 20 minute notice, or schedule something. From that point forward I was ghosted... by the OWNER! So I paid $250 to make my yard WORSE by this company. If they would have at least refunded the deposit I wouldn't be here warning others to stay away. I thought about small claims court just to prove a point, but I just don't want to take the time.
