For no additional charge he then re-seeded with some seed we had already selected and purchased. It was our first time working with him. He gave us a very fair price and delivered a lot of hard work. I would add he came on a Sunday because it was a convenient time for us. We discussed his other services and will probably have him back for various lawn treatments as well as consider him for snow removal. We consider JD a great find. He deserves more customers. We heard about him from several recommendations on the NextDoor app. JD told us his area of service is a 10 mile radius around his house in Roseville. That being his service area, how can someone from NY, NY be allowed to leave a one-star review that says nothing except someone was rude to her? Heck, I grew up in NY and if someone was rude to her that's actually par for the course out there. Anyway, the chances that her JD was the same as this JD working in that area is about zero. It broke my heart to see that review after how I saw him working his butt off for us today. At least it gave me a kick in the pants to write what I saw.

Shain was courteous, respectful, and hard working. He meticulously removed every leaf from my property. He worked very quickly and carefully. He was respectful of my neighbors and of the property. Due to health issues and problems walking, I had to park my lawn mower and find someone to help me out. I hired Dalton for the first time last spring and I'm continuing with him again this season. He does excellent work at a fair price. He's also super reliable and a great communicator. On top of all that, Dalton is a really nice guy. Impressive. I have a full acre and he does my front once a week and he cuts down my back twice a season. Last fall he also helped me out - a LOT - by trimming 400 Hawthorne Cockspur trees/shrubs that ring the entire perimeter of my lot, a full 1000 feet of greenery. Again, he did an awesome job at a fair price. He cut nice straight lines, he got it all done in one day, and he hauled all the trimmings away for me. When job finished, expressed concern towards the job being done as to customer's expectations ...which it was. For a fee was willing to blow the roof off even to gather those leaves. They don't use mowers to mulch it up and so if you expect the lawn to be mowed and trimmed one last time it won't be.
