We asked them multiple times to come out and fix it, but no matter what they did it kept leaking and they were always trying to find fault with everything but the brand new roof they put on. Water was coming into our home for over a year with them continuing to give us the run around. We got other professional opinions and they all stated that a metal roof should never have been put on our house due to the pitch. We knew we needed an asphalt roof at that point, asked Garvin to cover that cost, but they refused. We paid $20,000 for Garvin's roof, $10,000 for new windows Garvin said were the issue (they weren't), and $11,000 for another roofing company to take off their roof and put on the new asphalt roof we have now WITH NO LEAKS. This doesn't even include the cost to fix the damage to the interior of our home because we can't afford to address it yet Do not trust Garvin. Do not use them if you value your time and money. Working with them was a nightmare from day one and a huge mistake.

We tentatively agreed on the options and then he was supposed to come out the next day at 4pm to compare replacement shingle color with new one. He never showed. I called him and left a voicemail the following day and no response even 3 days later. I text him and heard nothing.
