I'm always impressed with how quick Jim can get me on his schedule, and his kindness and professionalism. Plus, his rates are very reasonable. I will use him again and recommend him to all my friends. I've had Jim clean my carpets before and was very impressed with how well they came clean. These were mostly area rugs (that my dog thinks are his!) and when Jim was done they looked brand new. This time he cleaned my tile floors, which were never sealed and hadn't been professionally cleaned since we moved in 2 years ago. With kids and a dog, I was afraid the grout would be permanently dark, but they look like new. read more

I called Jim to clean my carpet in my son's room and guest room and he came the next day! Both carpets were looking quite dingy with tons of spots. I was hoping for some improvement but got way more than I even hoped for. My carpets look new and there are no spots left. I'd say I'm beyond pleased considering the carpet is very light beige. He also cleaned my microfiber couch and it looks as good as new! I have a 4 year old boy, so I know I will certainly be calling Jim again for my future carpet needs!! Thank you!!! read more

Found Jim through Yelp and decided to give him a try. He had the best rates out of the four total companies I quotes and was so, so nice. He was right on time for our appointment, and thankfully had a tank of water on his truck he had filled up the night before since we didn't have running water in the house (moving out utility mixup). Our carpet wasn't a huge space, but it definitely had some wear and tear, and pet odor and stains from my large dog that liked to go outside to lay in the dirt and then come back inside and lay on the same spot on the carpet everyday. After Jim was through the carpet looked absolutely beautiful. It was pretty much brand new except for the furniture indentations. I would highly recommend Jim for any carpet cleaning needs. read more

We hired Jim to do a move-out cleaning on our rental home. Our dog smelled what the previous tenant's dog left behind and proceeded to leave his own presents, but Jim was able to make the carpet look brand new again. No stains. No Smells. Nothing but carpet that looks as though it's never been walked on. Our landlord was overjoyed and we got to walk away not feeling embarrassed because of our dog's behavior. And now? We're hiring him to come in and clean the carpets in our new place. read more

Through years of experience and attendance at I.I.C.R.C. sponsored seminars and successful completion of written examinations we have become experts in the field of area rug and oriental rug cleaning as well as upholstered furniture cleaning. The spectrum of both synthetic and natural fabrics, and the blends used in their manufacture, can make safe and successful cleaning a complicated process. We have made it a priority to familiarize ourselves with the various materials used to make furniture, rugs, and carpet and can therefore determine the proper cleaning chemistry for each individual fabric. We are confident that we are able to give your furnishings the most thorough cleaning possible that is consistent with safety and will also prolong it's useful life, saving you the cost of replacement.

History

Established in 1992.

Originally founded as "Carpet Solutions Advanced Cleaning Services" in 1992, following owner Jim Rowland's previous eleven years in the industry with 3 nationally franchised cleaners. With the addition of ceramic tile floor cleaning to our services roster, the name was changed to "Jim Rowland's Carpet & Tile Solutions" in March, 2003. Over the years we've cleaned hundreds of thousands of square feet of carpeting, area rugs and tile floors all across the state of Florida as well as in Colorado and Long Island, New York.

Meet the Business Owner: Jim R.

Originally from Miami, after relocating to Daytona Beach in 1981, I found myself working as a cleaning and dye technician for Guarantee System Carpet Dyeing and Cleaning based in Jacksonville. I spent a year learning the trade in Daytona using portable cleaning equipment and was introduced to truck mount equipment by the local Servpro franchisee, who just happened to be hiring. The next two years were spent with Servpro handling cleaning along with water and fire damage restoration. During this time I met my future wife and we then relocated to Orlando in 1984. I was immediately hired by the local Stanley Steemer franchise where I stayed until March, 1992 and then founded Carpet Solutions. Shortly after I began attending classes and seminars sponsored by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification and went on to achieve Master Cleaner status. I got about 4 estimates and going with the Grout Restorer was a no brainer. Martin was always on time for the estimate as well as the job. He provided a through estimate and he was the most knowledgable of all the people that came to my house to survey the job. I had Martin and his team of four people come and do work on my house. I didn't believe that they'd be able to finish the job in a day but they did! His team is very professional and they are super kind people. Karen especially went above and beyond with her work. I'm a perfectionist so having it look perfect was important to me. The grout color that I had told Martin I wanted ended up looking more brown than I expected. Even though the team had done almost two rooms, Karen was able to color match a grout color that made my tile and grout blend together to the point where you didn't notice the grout anymore. He calls back, he's on time, professional and a great guy who knows his business when it comes to making carpets, rugs and tile like new...He's cleaned the carpes and tile my entire house on several occassions and they always look like new.
