If you need anything done this is the place to go. Not only does he does carpet cleaning but upholstery as well. He says he duct cleaning, I was unsure about an area rug and it was dirty. 10/10 would book with this company again! Before moving from my apartment, I wanted to at least get the carpet in one bedroom cleaned since I have two dogs running around while I work overnight. I found this company using a general search through Yelp, and was impressed with the before and after pics I saw for these guys. Response time was very quick and I had to reschedule once which was super easy with them. The gentleman who came to do the job was kind and a very hard worker, got the job done exactly like I had hoped. The carpet I needed cleaned was in an OLD condominium being rented from a private owner, so any maintenance I needed was just out the window. There was a water leak at some point that just seeped underneath, so any foot traffic left dirty marks on the floor each time it was walked over. It had the odor of an old run down building because that's exactly what is was. The work speaks for itself, it looked brand new and SMELLED clean. Good luck to whoever moves into this old ass building lol but at least they will have a clean floor. These guys will now be my go-to for any carpet cleaning from now on. read more

I gave Eco Friendly Green a detailed description of the problem that we were dealing with. The technician was nearly 2 hours late, once he arrived he seemed to start the assessment process, he didn't have a ladder nor did we as we had just moved in and still had ours in storage so he attempted to clean the vent of a brand new house and then cleaned the dryer again brand new dryer as well, he then took his blower and all this lint blew back at him, it took awhile then finally seemed to break through and he went outside and saw that there was a small amount of lint on the roof, and decided that the flapper was stuck shut without even getting on the roof or in the attic!!! I paid $129 for this. All seemed good for about 2-4 days then it started again. I have asthma and severe allergies and every time I do laundry I have an asthma attack because the lint is so bad, stays on the clothes makes me itch. I contacted them and asked if they would come back out which I can see that they read the messages and got no response! Thanks for nothing! I don't recommend using this company. I called out another company and they told me they would do a COMPLETE assessment on the roof through the attic before and after inspection photos and believe from what I'm describing that the builder has left a screen on the vent which is a huge code violation or potential breach in the attic somewhere. Again this company did not provide any of this service and didn't even care, didn't even bring their own ladder! The problem we're having is an extremely dangerous situation. Highly flammable lint buildup as well as brand new dryer over heating burning out because it's not able to dry. It's taking twice as long to dry a small amount of clothes now. I deserve a refund! read more

There is a white residue in my tile and parts of my grout that I keep trying to clean mysel! which after the amount of money I spent I should not be having to clean anything even after the techno was sent back out a SECOND time!!!
