Michael arrived and went to work. He was very friendly and explained all questions I tossed his way. He dug up the area at the end of the tank and found the PVC pipe leading out to be clogged so he probed for the distribution box and called in the team that dug it up. Once that happened they jetted the entrance pipes to the drain field and then replaced the distribution box and PVC pipes. Scheduling was extremely easy and even though I was calling right before a holiday weekend, they got me on the schedule immediately. I do have an exposed "lid" and (knowing zero about septic) I believed that was where it would be pumped from, but to my dismay they informed me we will needed to locate and dig up the other lid. I'm a woman home alone, panicking thinking "how are we going to find this?" - well, fortunately, experts came with the package! Wayne located my actual lid within 30 seconds of just probing the ground, and Tyson had it dug up within minutes!! The actual pumping process was very quick, and they replaced the lid and filled the hole back in, good as new.
