First of all, I called 6 places that didn't call me back and then I got Titos number from a referral, not only did he pick up but he met within the hour of where the mobile home was located! My fiancé and I were blown away at how professional, knowledgeable and how fast these guys can move all while making sure the home was in the best care! We ran into issues that were not his issues but slemcos and gave us pointers on how to handle and even came back to move mobile home In its place once they were resolved. They went above and beyond for us and I appreciate it so much! Best customer service around! I'll never use anyone else!!!!!! I'm A sales rep and I strive On customer service and excellence and these guys impressed me!!!! and I'm hard to please lol anyway just hire them stop looking for anyone else.... you won't regret it!

He never called or text me and when I would call or text him to ask when he was going to move me, he never returned my calls or texts. We were in a dangerous situation and needed to move very quickly. For this man to lie to my family over and over again was a horrible thing for him to do. If you want to use him, make sure to have a backup mover because he probably won't show up and if he does, you are very lucky. I would give 0 stars, but that's not an option.

Lagos moved our Mobile Home in June (2025). They got it where it needed to go, basically in one…read morepiece and in a timely manner. There was some minor damages that could have been prevented with a bit more care. The people who actually did the work were courteous and helpful. The less than excellent rating is because of the manner in which the company conducted its business with us. A company representative went to the trailer's locatation and looked at it ahead of time (and I assume observed its size) but no one ever set foot on the property where the trailer was to be delivered until they arrived with the trailer. Concerns about this to the company before the move went unanswered. On the day of the move there was a delay due to the company not having obtained the proper permits prior to that day. Then the company informs us that because of the traler's size, a police escort will be needed. Then they added $1500 to the price. I suppose it is possible that LSP charges that much to provide an escort, but I doubt it. We had to loan them a chainsaw to help clear the path on the property. We also had to scrounge some additional cinder block to complete the install even though many blocks were left at the site where the trailer came from. All in all it could have been better. But at least they provided the service in a timely manner.

Later one of the employees came back because they felt so bad and told me the truth that they were instructed by their employer to put my cat there and take the picture so that he would no longer be responsible for the repair.
