He was by far one of the easiest vendors we have ever dealt with for our events. We normally host launch parties, special events and networking gatherings and we used other companies in the past but from the first time we used My Click Photobooth we never looked back. Andres was on time, set up the photobooth fairly quickly and everything looked clean and professional... no messy wires hanging down, no wrinkled curtains and most importantly Andres was dressed to impress. He was courteous to all our guests and the photo strips were of the best quality possible, their photobooths use REAL cameras not the webcam looking ones most of these other vendors use. On top of that everything is pretty intuitive, from the touchscreen monitor to the cool props and awesome sign-in book the whole package works !! Prints came out super fast and the extra option of having a red carpet entrance with chrome stanchions was definitely worth it! I highly recommend these guys for any event planner!! PS - Andres is bilingual too! and he accepts credit cards!

Despite his attempt to present valid identification proving he was 21 years old, Sarah refused to believe it, mocked the situation using air quotes about his "real age," and continued to escalate the issue. Once it became clear she could not justify her claim about his age, she abruptly shifted her reasoning, stating that he was not "chaperoning a child" and had to leave. The young man, like the rest of us, was a paying customer. He had purchased both entry and skate rental. There was absolutely no justification for the treatment he received--other than the fact that he is a young Black man. What made this even more painful was the clear contrast in how our white friend, who also had no skates and remained seated at our table, was completely ignored and never harassed by staff. The racial bias and discrimination from Sarah, the security guard, and other staff members were blatant. The overall environment was hostile, disrespectful, and unsafe. We ultimately made the decision to leave as a group, feeling dehumanized and unwelcome. To add further insult, the young man who had paid for entry and skate rentals was treated as if he were not a legitimate customer. The staff, including the girl at the skate rental window, were disrespectful when attempting to return our shoes, even citing minor issues like not "tucking" the laces into the skates. We were only at the facility for about an hour in total, but it was enough time to experience clear racial profiling, harassment, and unprofessional behavior by the staff. This is not the kind of experience any paying customer should ever endure.

Weir not only came in and set up tables on time, and according to my floor plan, but I also asked them to hang edison string lights around our venue.They did such a beautiful job, and used some creative liberties in the back of the venue with the lights, since I may have underestimated the length of a beam there.
