There are massage chairs for parents(you have to pay). There is a toddler area, ball pits, chalkboard, slides, toys to ride, small bikes and plenty of toys for the kids to play with and keep them busy. There a snacks to purchase and drinks. There are adult games to play at the front of the bldg. It's not fancy, but affordable $15 for one child and $14 each additional kid. The kids enjoyed themselves.

She showed poor professionalism, a lack of leadership, and, worst of all, she was screaming at and harassing children. Here's what happened: I went to Junior Playland, and they told me I had to pay an extra $. I said okay, paid with my credit card, and we went inside. After my kids started playing, Lizzy came up to my child and started screaming at him like a hysterical person. I stayed quiet at first because the kids were there, and they became scared of her. I then went to the front desk and asked her to provide her name. I told her, "Please, do not scream at children again." as I had also seen her yelling at other kids. At that point, she started screaming loudly at me in front of everyone. I told her I was not going to continue arguing because my kids were there, and I did not want them exposed to that behavior. I walked away from the desk, and she told me to leave immediately or she would call the police. I chose to stay because I wanted to wait for the police. While waiting, my daughter wanted to use the climbing wall, but another employee told me, "Your daughter cannot go there because we don't like you." My daughter started crying , and she was so upset and didn't stop crying for a long time. She was scared and afraid from them. When the police arrived, the manager Lizzy never told them that she had been screaming at my children and other children.By the way, they even lied to the police and claimed they refunded me, but I never received any refund from them. So not only was my money taken for the tickets I bought for my three kids, but my children were also left traumatized after being harassed and screamed at in front of everyone. I left the facility and filed a report regarding the screaming and harassment of kids. Please do yourself a favor: if you love your children, do not go there. I saw too many disturbing things happening at this facility. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and upsetting experience. This was my last time coming here. The Worst decision ever was coming here . P.S. After reading the owner's replies to the negative Google reviews for Junior Playland, I understand everything now. Just read their responses to unhappy customers and you'll see a troubling pattern. They repeatedly mention calling the police on customers who simply raised concerns after spending money there. If you speak up, even to ask them not to harass or scream at kids, they may treat you like the problem instead of addressing the issue professionally.

They've done a nice job of creating a space with things for all ages and energy levels. They also have kid-friendly restrooms, a mother's room for pumping or nursing, and a quiet area for kids who are over stimulated. It really feels like they've thought of everything. Pricing is reasonable and they have subscription packages available. They are also very allergy friendly if you need a safe space for a child with life-threatening allergies.

The Playroom is definitely one of our favorite ways to burn off all that toddler energy!

They have little "cubbies" to place your shoes in, you must wear socks while being inside the facility. They have restrooms and changing tables for little ones. They also have training potties for those that are potty training. There is an area that they do birthday parties and I've read about the different events they do as well. Such a fun indoor playground with so many "hands on" things for kids to do!!! It's so nice to see that this area, Hanover, has a facility like this!!!! You can bring your own items for snacking/drinking, but they also sell items there and even have a coffee bar for adults. There is plenty of parking!
