I had a simple question on a bill and called to figure it out. The owner answered. My interactions with the owner, Brett, were particularly concerning. One simple question spiraled due to the "I'm better than you and you know nothing" attitude. I felt that his communication was disrespectful, degrading, and dismissive. I was also deeply disappointed by statements made to me that I found insulting and completely inappropriate in a professional setting. At one point, I was told that I would not amount to anything if I continue my business practice the way I do, which I found unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. Make sure he speaks to one member of the couple (if a partner is involved), he will lie to either one on what was said to the other person. Preferably have him talk to the male if applicable. HE WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN! I also felt that I was not treated fairly and that the situation was handled in a way that took advantage of me. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Edison Electric to others. I asked if they could come out on a Friday afternoon when I could be home. I was told they could only do 9 am on Friday, as a special request. I received quotes from 4 other HVAC companies in Missoula for our project, and none of them had issues meeting us at a time when we could be off of work.
