But brother and I were very confused about the ordering process. There wasn't a lot of directional signage showing where to start and each step of the process. I watched a few other customers go through and they didn't seem like they had a problem so maybe it was just us. Next time I would probably just order online and pick it up so I could avoid the in-person ordering process altogether. I had the turkey sandwich and it was pretty good. I would say definitely a step up from your typical sub sandwich chain in terms of flavor and toppings options. I tried the chili mac as well. The chili is definitely à la Wendy's but I enjoyed it. The mac and cheese was good as well. I'd probably get either on its own but not together again. I also tried the Potbelly/Zapp's collab chips, the Hot Pepper flavor. They were good but are definitely not for everyone. When I visited, most of their fountain soda options were out of order so I settled on a no sugar added Pineapple Passionfruit juice/soda which was actually pretty good. Slice was pepperoni and fresh mushrooms, NY style. Delicious. (Took a bite before I took the picture). Meatball sub was very good with good crunch on the bread, and nice melty cheese. Meatballs were really good, and sauce was very tasty. Lunch partner had the Philly cheese steak. Said it was piping hot and very tasty. Came with a cup of melted nacho cheese on the side. Service was quick and very attentive. As regulars know, it is cash only. Will be back sooner than later this time.
