Needed a quick lunch, chose Jimmy Johns on-line. Placed order at 1:54p, Saturday, next called JImmy John's at 2:37p to check on order/delivery? (1 gyro, 1 bag chips). "They only have 2 staff there and got several orders all at once" (at 2p the afternoon said Trent, asst. manager). Sadly, this was told to me the last time I ordered from this same store. We live 3 blocks from the JJ store and still it was OVER AN HOUR and NO DELIVERY yet, WHILE watching the tracking on-line, and checking the back porch. I called again (2:56p) Trent gave me the same song and dance but unfortunately I was very unhappy at this point and explained why I bought my lunch from JJ. BECAUSE it's supposed to be FREAKY FAST SERVICE as per commercials plus I live 3 blocks from the store!! THESE SANDWICHES ARE NOT CHEAP! chips $2.20, $4 drink! PLUS DELIVERY FEE, SERVICE FEE AND TIP (20%) FOR LONGER THAN AN HOUR DELIVERY. The tracking never did say Delivered but the Manager said, oh your order was delivered, check your porch again. I had checked my porch just before calling the store again, magically it was there now and by the time I got back to the JJ page on-line it showed Delivered HA! HA! Ya Right! All five of the teens-twenty year olds working are standing barely working on sandwiches. I placed a mobile order at 6:27 so tell me why I get here and there isn't even a bag with the chips in it for me yet. Freaky fast delivery/service? More like freaky frustrating. I got here and there was a travel softball team of 10 girls. And I understand it can take time. But when I got here at 7 none had ordered yet. Which meant my order just sat there for over 30 minutes not getting completed, then I had to wait another 30 for them to compete all 10+ orders for the girls and their coaches. This place is hit or miss service wise. Sometimes it's great and the people are nice, but then this stuff happens. I've never had a problem with the quality of food though. Service is just terrible. I have tried to give them a second chance but if you want your food fast,better make your own. I ordered a sandwich and a drink at 1159 and did not get my food until 2:04 pm! The drink was watered down,the sandwich hot. I did not eat,I was afraid I might get sick,so I threw it out. I called them and they said they were busy at 1240 and they could refund my order. If you want a sandwich,go to the store,get the ingredients and make it yourself. It will be quicker and not nasty! read more

Ordered through the app. Credit card charge of 16.95 went through. But when I arrived, the order did not go through. I showed proof that I paid, but they didn't care. So I paid 16.95 and walked out with no food. Horrible customer service. read more

I used to get my food delivered in under a half hour living by the airport (1 min away from the store) and now it takes an entire hour to receive my food and every time I call they tell me he had three orders before mine. Literally the same exact thing every time and somehow mine is last every time. Only giving 2 stars because it's not the restaurants fault it is the staffs fault. read more

Couldn't wait to get some Jimmy Johns! However the customer service I received through the drive through today was horrible! Everytime I come through drive through, I have to request napkins. They never put any in the bag. Everytime I went to speak to the girl working, she slammed the door in my face no smile at all. When I did get napkins, she got snotty about it and again slammed the window. That's too bad, the food is great but the customer service definitely needs some attention! read more

Jimmy John's has always been one of my favorite sandwich shops. But not anymore. We ordered a box of 30 sandwiches and 18 sandwiches for a family gathering. There was a lot of lettuce on the sandwich, but very very little meat and not that much cheese. We had to reassemble the sandwiches, so instead of having 48 sandwiches, we actually had 24. We might as well made the sandwiches ourselves. It was such a disappointment that I will never go to this location again. I called them and talked to a manager and was told that the meat is pre-portioned and there is nothing they can do about the problem. Buyer beware! read more

I ordered this morning at 10:20. Normally delivery doesn't take very long, so after 1/2 hour wait I called to check on order. Amber who is the General Manager of the store was quite rude. I was told that they had 2 large catering order this morning and they delivered those, heading to the airport and then to me. This would have put the order at almost 45min- 1hour. I told her if someone had told me that the delivery would be so long I would've went somewhere else. Her response, do you want to cancel your order. I said no, just wish someone would've told me. Worst experience I have ever had at a Jimmie johns. Wanted cheese on the side, which I have never had denied, and a girl server told me "we don't do that". I told her this was the first time I have been denied this and she didn't care. After getting our food the three servers were loud and disturbing while we were eating.
