I had never been to jimmy johns but went through their drive thru for the first time a few weeks ago and then I went inside to order yesterday. Firstly, they are so nice! Like not condescending or annoyed that I had never been and was slow ordering with dumb questions. Total surprise how fast my sandwich was made - it was cold and fresh and tasted great. Yesterday when I went inside to order, the staff was super friendly and overall it was a really great experience. The bathroom was clean - like - clean clean!!! Starbucks across the highway should take note what authentic friendly customer service and cleanliness actually is. Highly recommend- both times I've been here it's been in the evening so not sure about the other reviews. read more

Will not be back to this location. I love JJ's and frequent the Burleson location where they are friendly, quick, and always get our order right. This location is seriously lacking in every possible aspect. Let me just list my grievances to save time: * The person taking our order in the drive-through actually sniggered when we requested the Gargantuan. Like that was funny..? * We sat at the window waiting for our food for over ten minutes...and longer before we even got to the window. This stop took almost 30 minutes from beginning to end. What happened to 'freaky fast'?? NOT. * The guy at the drive-through window did not greet us, thank us, or otherwise acknowledge our existence other than to hand off the receipt and eventually the food we ordered. * Nothing in our order was correct. Not one sandwich. The Unwich that was ordered with no mayo came dripping and oozing mayo. The two Beach Clubs we ordered had nothing but turkey and veggies. The sandwiches were sloppy and they didn't cut them in half as requested. AND, they were out of sprouts. * Our sandwiches were handed to us in a DIRTY box. A what? A box. Say it's freaky fast but been in the drive thru for 10mins. When I got to the window then they started with my sandwich.... which was good liked watching my sandwich being made... however one of The Sandwich Artist was not having a good day. (Heavier Set guy in a black shirt) Saw him slam his hand down on the counter look in the cabinet slam those doors then slam the deli slicer. Not the best impression. I have been going to Jimmy Johns for years now consistently (with little to no problems) and after walking into this location I will no longer be a customer to this chain. Walked into this location without a mask because I forgot to bring mine, and instead of respectfully telling me the staff jumped on my case right off the bat. I was trying to ask them if they had any extra disposable masks. And I explained that I was going to eat there anyways, which is the same distance I was standing from the register. One logical staff member attempted to take my order, and was quickly interrupted by staff member #3, who commanded me to go move my truck because it's in a "compact car" spot. Keep in mind, the parking lot was completely empty and the business was empty aside from staff. My truck fit fine in the spot. I said yeah let me go move the truck, and I proceeded to exit back onto the highway. Bye bye! I have no issues with rules and extra precautions, I have an issue with their attitude and sense of entitlement thinking they can command customers around right when they walk through the door. That attitude will lead this location to financial failure. Management needs to square their staff away. read more

I love jimmy johns! But to make food amazing the people should have to be amazing too!! Please please please, people think of the customers. Tone and attitude can erase a smile. Today my wife, child and I went through the drive thru and ordered a two number 12s and slim #4 along with bbq chips, two oatmeal and one chocolate chip cookie. Big bucks spent there lol anyways we were greeted but when she couldn't here us the experience immediately turned for the worse and I guess we sparked a nerve. From then on her tone and attitude was just off and we felt rushed while ordering for the second time. When we pulled up to the window, she expressed that she could only reach 5ft away. I guess that was her nice way of asking us to pull up a little closer to the window. My wife readjusted the car and she put her hand out. My wife at this point frustrated stated, we would like to know the total. She stated the total and we eventually received our food. We ended this whole thing by saying nodding and a have a nice day face. Nonetheless, this won't necessarily stop me from coming to this particular location because of its convenient location by my house, however it would just be nice if they could adjust their drive thru staff. If I could not give any stars I would, and not just because of this location and the employees but because of the fact that if the customer wants no veggies on the sandwich ,but wants them on the sides they tell you no they can't do it. Even management, as well as customer service tells you no. To make your customers happy I would think that they would do whatever it takes, it's only veggies on the side not bag each part of the sandwich separately. Went through the drive through and ordered a bootlegger on wheat with peppers. I got exactly that within three minutes. The staff was nice and I got exactly what I expect out of a JJ's. The subs---hands down amazing. I love their bread and their chips. I was however very disappointed by their delivery range. We have a big office 2.5 miles away and called for delivery and they would not do it. This area if pretty spread out so you'd think the delivery range would be larger than something like downtown Fort Worth. The sandwiches are good but not amazing and customer service needs work. When it was time for my coworker and I to order, the dude at the register waved at us to let us know he was open. When we went up to the register he just stared blankly at Us didn't say a word. I ordered then when I was done he just looked at my co worker and didn't say anything to her either. The three sandwiches I got were OK but wayyyyyy too expensive. I ordered sandwiches from this place on three occasions and on all three had the item delivered. The delivery guy was nice and efficient, plus he hooked me up with a free cookie one day, but when I found out that Jimmy Johns charges a delivery fee and doesn't give that fee to the delivery person, I was completely horrified. Well no wonder my $6 sub went from $6 to almost $9 then I'm expected to tip the delivery guy... $12 later I have a six dollar sub that I paid twelve dollars for and the scumbags at Jimmy Johns don't even pay their delivery people. Terrible experience at this location! I've had Jimmy John's dozens of times and always had a good experiences with food, service and delivery. This location delivered my food to the wrong office/address even though it was listed on my order. I called and explained what they did they said they would recreate and redeliver the food. Two hours later from original order still no food and I called back and they said they went back to the same location and tried blaming the other business for accepting food that wasn't theirs. The manager passed the phone off to the driver to talk to me rather than apologizing and offering to replace the order. I've cancelled the order and plan to never order from them again. If I could give this establishment NO STARS I would in a heartbeat. I had the most unacceptable experience ever here. I visited here thru the drive-thru and ordered my sandwiches. I pull forward, pay, receive my food and drive off. Now while I admit I normally check my food, I did not this time bc I could already see 1 sandwich out of the bag and it was a large bag. I get home (about 4 miles) doesn't seem too far, but it is a drive that requires plenty of stoplights and U-turns and obviously nobody really wants to leave again once back. Well there is only ONE sandwich in the bag. I drive back because clearly we both want to eat. When I arrive I go inside and before I even say anything one of the employees says "you forgot your sandwich!" HAHAHA wait what? No, you forgot my sandwich. I receive the sandwich and check it to make sure it is correct, ok no problem. She says "we tried to wave you down but you didn't see us." Well of course I did not see you, I am not looking back at the window while I am leaving?! I tell them I would like some kind of compensation even if it was just a coupon!! They argue with me momentarily and I ask to talk to the manager. She arrives at the cash register and agrees to give me back the amount I paid for the forgotten sandwich. I am fine with that. However I am NOT fine with the other 2 employees mouthing me behind her where I can most definitely hear them. When I am going to leave and 1 of the employees calls me a b!t*ch I turn around and I ask for all 3 of the works names, at this point the manager was doing NOTHING about her employees behavior. They refuse to give me any of their names (not even the manager) I walk out VERY pissed and yes I did tell them they are crazy to think they deserve $15 an hour. The whole situation was disgustingly handled and their behavior nasty as can be, I am most mortified at myself for letting their nastiness influence me to behave the way I did at the end. Ok so this is the most unbelievable experience I have had in a food place in quite sometime.... Seemed like a nice place the cashier is smiling and sweet noticeably polite to the coworkers. A full crew behind her and every one is actively working. Good start. My boyfriend orders me a sandwich. A #15 tuna sandwich to be exact, I am allergic to onions so he asked for no onions and everything seems fine. A girl calls our order and specifically states #15 no onions. Well I get it and the tuna is loaded up with onions so he returns it. This is where my experience goes very south very fast. The girl starts digging through the sandwich (at least she had gloves on) says "this does not have onions" and proceeds to give it back to him. He starts to point them out that have fallen on to the paper by now! She takes the sandwich again and begins to dig again!!! They address me at this point to come point out the onions because she is still combative to the very idea. I am not willing to give in to the childish ignorance at this point and simply tell her they are in the tuna. As she was about to reach back into the sandwich the manager comes (thank goodness) and Stated onions are made into the tuna and it can't come without it. Ok cool no biggie, I change my order and the sandwich digger starts yelling to the makers "make sure you don't put no onions on that, NO ONIONS!" clearly immature. The manager explains she has a new crew they were not aware. That's fine too. I've worked in food I have made mistakes. But!!!! It is UNACCEPTABLE to argue with a patron that has stated a mistake or grievance. Even more so to dig through the sandwich PERIOD but dig in it then try to give it back...? Seriously?? How about know the ingredients so rather than looking like an immature argumentative idiot you can say "the tuna is made with onions, this sandwich cannot be ordered with no onions" I would have been fired immediately from anywhere in the food industry for doing anything less than #1 taking the sandwich, #2 apologizing for the inconvenience and #3 going to the manager with the issue. I am astounded at this whole ordeal the manager should be more struct on employee conduct, and menu knowledge so that perhaps this situation doesn't happen again and ruin more peoples appetite for the company.
