I've generally had a very good experience with whataburger. I think people who give this place a low rating have misaligned expectations for what is to be a fast food chain that opens 24/7. I do understand that sometimes food can take longer than expected, but it sounds like others who have reviewed poorly at this location for a long wait times did not mention their own advocacy to push their order forward into the queue. **Sweet & Spicy Bacon Burger - Mac the store manager took the time to pre-build my BUNLESS (lettuce wrap) burger. This is not a common practice and is above and beyond what you would expect most Whataburgers to be able to do. The meet patty is extremely juicy and flavorful. -Triple Meat Burger Amazing and very consistent to other location in proportion, flavor, and juiciness. - Chicken cobb salad to go Very standard with all ingredients accounted for including eggs, sliced grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, and fresh lettuce. Whataburger has always remained to be extremely consistent with all of their food items. This place is no exception. All of our food came out very quickly, in less than 5 minutes. The staff there are friendly and welcoming. There's plenty of seating available. The noise level is low to moderate. We haven't had any issues with this place. I love the honey butter chicken biscuit, I feel like it's a hit or miss if the biscuit is going to fall apart or not but every single time I come here it's toasted to perfection and hits the spot and is so yummy, their service is good and usually is not packed like most ones which is a plus. read more

Worst location, wait over 30 mins 20 cars in the drive through, got out of my car to go inside and order and there's 20 people waiting for their food inside as well. Had the time to read through the reviews and am even writing my own review, editing it and making sure it's considerate and fair, all while waiting for my breakfast to come to the window. I have been waiting in the line to order for 30 minutes, then order and waited to get to the window another 10. Sine I have got to the window I waited 5 minutes for the cashier to come to the window, 5 minutes for them to return my card. Another 5 minutes for my coffee to come out (lukewarm) and am now going on to another 10-15 minutes waiting for my sausage taquito to come out. I had been to this Whataburger before and it was the same but thought maybe it was a slow morning. Now, having waited for nearly 45 minutes to an hour to go through the drive thru, I won't ever come back. This whataburger has one drive thru lane that turns into two so there cannot be any through traffic. It blocks the entire parking lot. As an Uber driver I can't drop off their workers without being stuck in the drive thru lanes for over 20 minutes. I called management and she told me before she hung up on me that I'm supposed to do a u-turn in a large vehicle right in front of the entrance way where vehicles are turning into the parking lot off the main road. This has to be a safety hazard to be having large vehicles trying to do u-turns where people are walking and getting out of vehicles just to get out of your parking lot. If this Whataburger is going to make me miss several rides over their terrible drive thru arrangements I'm going to make sure as a driver that every worker from there I cancel to pickup and everyone I'm taking there are late to work when I drop off. You should be able to drop people off at a business and be able to drive out of there. Anyone needing a ride to get food there will no longer get a ride from me cause that's ridiculous. If I park on the other side I can never back out of the parking spot with the bumper to bumper traffic there. So if I'm needing to go somewhere I have to wait forever for someone to allow me to backup but usually they can't because they have someone behind them all the way around. read more

I waited for over 5 mins behind someone at the speaker box in the drive thru and I asked the employees at the back door grab assing if they could please get someone in there so we can all move on with our lives. Funny that as I decided to avoid Whataburger due to my orders always missing a burger, fries, or being wrong. Others wrote a complaint today about the same exact problem. I think I know why WTB sucks, and that is due to hiring Teenagers that don't have grown adults managing them. This morning I was really craving some good, quick breakfast food. My husband ran to this whataburger and grabbed me the biscuits and gravy with a jalapeño biscuit, & a honey butter chicken biscuit sandwich. The coffee here sucks!!!! It was luke warm, when you ask for creamer and sugar you better be specific on how many, cause literally that's all you'll get! The cashier at window one is running some sort of a "scam" says she'll meet you at the second window with your change (coins) and never shows up. I normally don't write reviews for fast food restaurants but I had to this time. My experience really wowed me. There was about 6 cars before me when I pulled up to the drive thru. I expected it to take 15-20 mins or so, however it took less than 10. I even had to wait a little cause I ordered the new hatch grilled chicken sandwich (grilled chicken took longer). I went around 11pm and every staff member I came in contact with was nice AND enthusiastic. My food was hot and fresh. This seriously makes me want to go to this location more. Let me start by saying I love whataburger but I will drive 20 minutes to get my food rather than go to this location that is 5 minutes from my house. They have gotten my order wrong everytime I have gone and I have given them at least 5 chances. Not only that but there is always something wrong with the food. Either the burger is way over cooked and tastes like cardboard or the fries are raw. When I have bothered to go back to politely ask for my meal to be corrected or to get new fries that were not raw, there was absolutely no apology and the staff was not friendly at all (Also the new fries I was given were still raw). I've given up on this location and I would recommend that you dont even bother. Just go to another location. This one will just leave you disappointed. read more
