Seems like we all have met the same guy, based off these reviews. Came here this week for early supper and the same short guy with red hair fair skin and tattoos was just nasty. Needs an attitude adjustment or to honestly just go work somewhere where customer service is NOT relevant. I have to agree, he ruins the whole vibe. I will be going out of my way to NOT patron this Jimmy John's. Dude was so unpleasant. Killed my mood, honestly, and I was having a great day. Firehouse will be seeing me from here on out any time I crave a sandwich. Not to mention man, the skimpy portions of meat. Two slices of roast beef on my sandwich is not "gourmet"....not sure where they got the idea that their sandwiches are "gourmet" if it's owned by private equity and that clearly reflects in the quality. Friday night at 9:20 and the store is closed, pulled up to the drive through and the two employees inside refused to answer. If the store is closing that early it might be a good idea to update the website to reflect accurately that it closed at 9:15. read more

Extremely angry short ginger guy with arm tattoos who works the front kitchen here. Just throws the vibe off completely. Throwing stuff, yelling, storming out....You can tell he hates his job and hates his life. Try to steer clear of this one. There's other sandwich shops nearby. This guy ruined my whole experience. I can't even imagine having brought my kids in and them seeing his behavior. The guy surely seems plenty old enough to have his own kids, but was acting like one himself. Not sure if he realized costumers were in the shop but this guy blew his lid and stormed out back, all yelling at a coworker. She was calm and helped us and when he was outside it felt safer and calmer, but he was cussing all throughout the restaurant until he went out what sounded like the back door through the lobby hallway where the bathrooms are. Saw there were also customers in the drive thru witnessing this... an elderly couple.... Not sure who to report this to but it made me sad for the girl, and made the experience embarrassing...weird...and just outright uncomfortable... This was a couple of weeks ago so hopefully he has been fired since and his manager let him go specifically based off how inappropriate this behavior was, especially in front of us..... so that hopefully he isn't making people this uncomfortable at his next job... Just arrived at 9:15 on a Friday night to grab a quick bite after a long day. Waited in the drive through with no response. Lights, menu lit, and people inside. Drove around to the front, sign on door said 10pm, door was unlocked and was greeted with "we are closed". Everything states open till 10 (website, Google, even the door). Poor job Jimmy John's! I just stopped in and ordered a #1 Pepe with no tomatoes. The worker was super quick to tell me my total but it took roughly ten minutes to move through a line of two cars. I just got home to see not only does my sandwich have tomatoes on them but there is in total three slices of meat. I typically like this location because they're usually spot on so that just makes this pretty disappointing. read more

Made an app order for three meals and total was almost $42. Was going to pay cash and handed them a $50 bill as that's what I had. I get told we can't accept anything above a $20. Funny...you do not have any signage that says you can at the drive thru. On top of that, I was told I could take it to someplace and break it down. I'm here to get my food, not be a bank! You don't want to take cash fine, then don't take any at all. Oh and to make this even better, the orders were missed up! Not even going to try get this fixed! Man, I hate giving bad reviews because of incompetent staff. I ordered a BLT for my pregnant girlfriend and she always likes cheese on it. Every single time they deliver her food... NO CHEESE! Literally, happens every single time! If it didn't happen every time I'd leave a better review but until they start being more attentive, they get one star. Every time I call they seem so panicked and stressed out. I get it you're busy, but chill the heck out and take a deep breath. If you can't take heat, get out of the kitchen! Literally the worst. How do you forget to add cheese on multiple orders when it's the first thing listed on order, in all caps - ADD cheese? You shouldn't forget an item that the customer has to pay extra for. I understand one off situations but this has happened on NUMEROUS occasions and still happens even after talking to their regional manager. Unbelievable! The sad part is, this store cannot and will not take accountability for their mistake. Credit my account, give me a free side, do something other than tell me it's going to take 30 minutes to deliver two slices of cheese because they're swamped at 2:45pm (really?). I should be made the main priority in this situation given I've already waited 30 minutes for the incorrect sandwich to be delivered, and now I get to wait another 30 minutes until I can enjoy it - with NO COMPENSATION. It took 40 minutes for the cheese to arrive, my lunch break was over and I wasn't able to eat my sandwich until later. Management is terrible, they do what's convenient for them, not their customers. Making it right is not just about correcting your initial mistake by delivering the missing cheese and making the customer wait over an hour. I will never order from this location again. read more

We've gone to this location for many years and have never been disappointed. Delivery service is always quick and it's so easy to order on the app. A few months ago our delivery was taking longer than normal. About the time I realized it, the manager called me to apologize and explained why they were running late. Well it wasn't freaky fast, it was painfully slow. 2 times ive been there. Once in drive through i was 2nd in line and waited a total of 19 minutes for 1 sandwich. The 2nd time i was first. And waited 15 min!! I watched as they made sandwiches and piled them up on the counter. ( AND STORE WAS EMPTY!) i assume they were to go orders? Then they finally made my 2 sandwiches. You'd think that by now you would of at least gotten packets of vinegarette for Drive-Thru/To-Go orders so those customers do not have to have completely sogged sandwiches, having to have it put on the sandwiches. I have learned a valuable lesson - always listen to my gut, which told me after the first bite into my "Totally Tuna" sandwich (which should be renamed "Toxic Tuna," IMO) that something was not right. The sandwich didn't smell bad, but tasted "off" - even my husband said it tasted weird. I foolishly ate about 1/2 the sandwich before pitching the rest. Within a couple of hours of eating at JJ's, I was very sick for the rest of the day - my system was completely empty by the time it was over. Gross, bad, not fun. The last time I was sick like this was well over 20 years ago and was almost the same thing - bad seafood that made me sick to my stomach and gave me the body aches for a couple of days. Oh, and someone needs to inform the employees at this JJ's that sweeping the floor right next to a table where customers are eating is pretty yuck. Forever lost my business. We live 2 miles from this location and since we live north of a certain road, it's called a "dead zone". There are at least 3 neighborhoods near mine and we can't get jimmy johns. I'd understand if we were 5 or 10 miles from the nearest store, but 2 miles is ridiculous. I was pretty surprised that this location had such poor ratings. We order delivery from here pretty often and our sandwiches are always made correctly. Always fast delivery as well. I do however have to remind the delivery person to make sure they grab mayo packets in the "special instructions" section because, despite it being in the order, they don't grab them (happened 3 times before I learned my lesson.) read more

This review is based on one experience (I've been to this location before and had fine service). Tonight they were freaky slow. Two cars were waiting in line when we ordered (we took a very long time to order bc our kids couldn't decide what they wanted). Then we waited in line for a little over 5 minutes before getting to the window. We paid and then continued to wait for several minutes. I could see two employees (a tall guy and a petite blonde girl). They were flirting hard core. Like touchy feely, pushing, etc. Typical restaurant co worker flirtation. But honestly, I had had a rough evening of poor service at a different restaurant, my baby was screaming in the backseat, and I had just had enough. I knocked on the window and they were appalled that I asked if our sandwiches were ready (how dare I interrupt their fun?!). The sandwiches were in fact done, sitting on the counter, waiting to be put in a bag and handed to me but they were too busy messing around to care. I've worked (and flirted) in the restaurant business, but I was smart enough to not do it while I had customers waiting and where they could see. read more

Crap food high prices, what a ripoff. Got a number 9 delivered. Drenched in sauce, lettuce everywhere messy and sloppy. The salami is low quality along with the so called italian capicola, a kick in the face to real italian meats. Also the driver expected a tip, and looked mad that i only gave him 3 dollars. And it took 30 minutes to get my delivery. I live less than 5 blocks away. Poor service would not recommend. read more

What can you say about Jimmy John's? I didn't find this one to be any better or any worse than any other Jimmy John's in town. I've been to this one a number of times and have never had a bad experience. My favs is the BLT with provolone and the Vito. read more
