This place used to be so nice to order from and I regularly order from here cause I just like Jimmy John's. The issue is the last two times I've ordered my sandwich has been made completely wrong or I find my whole sandwich is filled with bad lettuce or something I didn't ask for. Then they use Uber Eats when they don't have drivers and I understand why but I don't wanna wait for my sandwich for over an hour when it's supposed to be freaky fast and after the hour wait the sandwich is always soggy and my soda is flat so. Took 1hr and a half for a delivery of one sandwich TERRIBLE SERVICE ! The driver also knocked in my door disturbing my dogs when I clearly stated to leave food in door step ! read more

I was immediately greeted by pretty much every employee in the store when I entered. The woman taking my order was very quick and polite. So was the guy making my sandwich. My total time in store was under 5 minutes..... Granted, the only other customer in there was refilling his soda and leaving when I arrived. Update: took the sandwich home. The bread seemed stale. This jimmy johns is always so nice and they always get my sandwich perfectly! They always put the right amount of avocado spread on and it's not like some others that I've had. The atmosphere is great it's always nice and clean. The time it takes for them to complete my order is like a blink of an eye it was fast living up to their motto. I would 100% recommend this establishment o anyone who's interested in a good lunch/dinner that's super quick and delicious all at once! read more

Hit or miss.. Depends on the day.. You could order a Slim #1 and get an Unwich.. Specify no mayo and your sandwich looks like it was dipped it in.. It seems like a lot of the workers just don't care and it is just a social hour/hours.. read more

A relative offered to buy me lunch this afternoon, and while I usually don't complain about a free lunch, I thought I'd update my review. Once again, pretty disappointed. This is not the first time my Turkey Tom at this location has been given to me without sprouts with no explanation. We should have gone back, but we were in a hurry. My mother recently ordered the Beach Club from the downtown location and was surprised to only find cheese and a teeny slice of turkey on her sandwich. When she went back, they refunded her money and said that they ran out of avocado, cucumber, sprouts, etc. I'm just skeptical at this point about the JJs around here. read more

I just placed an order for cookies because that's what all my friends wanted. We ordered 8 cookies and the lady called to say that since there isn't a sandwich on there we can't order that. The order was 16 dollars plus a 4 dollar tip for delivery. A twenty dollar order and they refused to deliver it, but if I want a 5 dollar sandwich you will send a driver for that. That is bullshit and now we won't be ordering food here anymore. This is the most ridiculous thing ever and I will make sure everyone knows it. read more

don't go to store on main in peoria, il , we parked there for 10 min and went across the street to another store before they closed before we going inside at jimmys to order, we were then told not to park in their parking lot In very mean way to do anything but come inside there store. , without a word we pulled out and went right down the street to mac's where we have parked before to run across street for something and then went back to mac's and ordered. I will be sure to tell all my buddys in the trade about this, at least 50 guys will not go to that store again. read more

I was having an exceptionally busy day at work. I was afraid I wasn't going to get a lunch break and I remembered someone mentioning that Jimmy John's delivered. I was able to get on line and navigate their website easily. I ordered my food and then took a phone call and when I finished the call I turned around and the food was here!! Excellent service! The last couple times I have been at the drive thru it has taken at least five minutes to have my money taken and get my sub and it wasnt even busy. Today I received my sandwich on cold (could have been refridgerated) bread. This location gets a 1 star because of the owner belittle his employees in front of coworkers and customers...not professional at all! I thinks this location need a management change! read more

Ordered a number 7 with bacon a few times....EVERY time...NO bacon...didn't complain until tonight. New manager was nice but didn't know what to do when I asked for money back. Sandwich wasn't bit into. Wanted to give back sandwich for money...took a while they agreed to come by. Had given driver 7 dollar tip. got my money for the sandwich back but out 7dollars and no sandwich as they took it. Wont go here again. Ridiculous when you think about the fact that the new manager called his "superior" and this was their solution. To add insult to injury, they inspected the sandwich when they came to get it to make sure I hadn't eaten any...as if they will serve it to someone else.....Well, you never know I guess. At least the third messed up order...terrible about refunds...still out money...no comps....I guess their philosophy is if they mess up and you are out of money...go hungry and don't expect ALL your money back.
