Good food but you better have deep pockets. Took two of my grandsons there and four sandwich sandwiches and drink drinks for three of us. It was over $50! I think that's a little bit much for burgers. read more

I went to Culver's today I ordered a single culvers deluxe for dine in, I wish I was exaggerating when I told you it took 40 minutes to get to the table. Went through the drive through and when they told me the price of the fish I ordered, I told them to cancel my order. It's fast food for goodness sakes! Not worth $20.00. I won't be back! Great food! A worker was standing with shoes on on the counter to fix the sign. She should have waited until after closing because she upset many customers who were grossed out because she didn't get cleaner and a rag until they threw a fit. Good fast food that is a step up from what we are all use to getting in a brown bag. We ordered 2 plain cheese butter burgers with fries and curds. We also ordered a Spicy chicken sandwich plain and a cashew chicken salad with French dressing. The 2 drive thru system Provides a lot quicker service during COVID-19. All our food was hot and fresh! We love the flavor of the burgers! The chicken sandwich had a kick and was yum! The cashew chicken salad includes grilled chicken and is tasty! The French dressing is delicious ! I had the worst experience at this Culver's on university. the guy in drive thru acted as if he hated life and everyone in his as he got the entire order wrong. we placed a simple two meal order of the same meal. we both got the same meal so very simple. we waited in the drive thru line for at least 12 minutes as if they were making everything fresh. we finally got our meals and drinks. I also ordered a chocolate milkshake and received a vanilla. when I informed the person that brought me the milk out she said she would "make a new one" then she took the vanilla milkshake shake inside and came back out in less than two minutes. i noticed she just added cho syrup to the van milkshake and did not make a new drink. this was the worst Culver's experience as our fries were cold and stale and our burger bun was moldy. This has happened multiple times. The most recent was last night. I'll order ice cream and pay, they'll give me one of those plastic number stands. I'll sit down at a table, put the number stand in easy view, wait about 10 minutes without receiving anything, go back up to the counter... and learn they made it but then threw it out when I wasn't there to pick it up, so I have to wait while they make it again. Nobody even tried coming around and looking for me. I thought that was the whole point of the plastic number stands? Instead they waste perfectly good food without a second thought. read more

I used to go to this location frequently. There was a disabled young man who worked cleaning the dining room and taking out orders. He often talked to customers and was very friendly. One time I saw a manager basically being a bully to him. I'd encountered this manager before and guy really creeped me out. I felt compelled to tell a man who claimed to be an owner of that store but he seemed halfway in denial about it. I don't go there anymore. read more

I've gone to this Culvers often and usually never get a bad meal, just one that I can recall, the fried chicken is delicious here if it's fresh and hot out of the fryer, which mine was not, I got home and encountered a bird so tough and dry from sitting in the bin I could barely choke it down, I was quite surprised as I've always gotten fresh food from here, I especially like their salads (strawberry fields) fried cod dinner and the custard, the cheesecake mixtures are the best, if the weather is nice there's even outdoor seating to enjoy the cool treats that are made fresh daily, they are a bit pricier than the average fast food places in the area but worth it most times. read more

There is a reason this Culvers only has two reviews...all retired folks playing cards and not eating. Order taking was very annoying...four seconds of looking up, hyper lady kept saying can I help you...can I take your order....can I help you. .I say, I would like a double butterburger just like that, and point up to the picture on menu. I get something else. Got the cheese right, got meat on it, no toppings. Took it back up to counter and was refused to remake it. Handed me 'fixins' with two packets of mustard in a paper tray. If I wanted to fix up my own burger I would have gotten it from the gas station down the street, not paid $7.67 for it inside in a sit down place. Taste was ok for the burger but the seven dollar chicken strips were formed and watery. Honestly McDonalds makes a better version. I really like culvers tenderloin but the chicken is terrible. Cheese curds were ok but I think they were not actual cheese curds but low quality randomly sized cheese pieces. read more
