Jacob and his crew showed up when he said they would and promptly got to work. They began by blowing all the leaves and debris from my roof....something I never recalled any other company doing! Added bonus is now not only my roof is clean, my gutters are cleared! My roof looks 100% better and they took the time while they were spraying the cleaning mixture to make sure my plants around the house didn't get the mixture on them. Paramount pressure cleaning also cleaned my drive way and they did a fantastic job. Our driveway has a dip at the bottom where water and dirt always collects at. Not only did they cleaned every inch of the driveway, they didn't leave the dirt collection in the dip as many other company has. They took the extra steps to wait for the water to drain and then removed the dirt runoff. I would definitely recommend paramount pressure cleaning. Their pricing is fair but their attention to the little details is what mattered most to me.

I hired this company in Mid-December 2025 to pressure wash and seal my pavers. It was a new build, so less than a year in. Coordination seem fine, and price was fair. Very responsive throughout. I had asked for a quote and that I wouldn't be there, but had explained what I wanted to do (front/back pavers, with a semi-gloss). I chatted with Jacob throughout the process, and again, no red flags at all. Day comes around, and they do their service. Overall, their work looked okay when it was wet, so I paid them. They roped off the driveway a bit janky, with buckets of their chemicals at posts and yellow tape in between - the first red flag on how unprofessional this company would be, and was a bit embarrassing to have in a neighborhood filled with new construction houses. Next day, I go take a look at my pavers, and noticed a few major issues: 1) Pavers are not semi-gloss at all. In fact, they barely looked sealed. 2) We had a channel drain at the end of the driveway due to sloping from the street and heavy rain - this was completely locked in with sand and paver sealant. Essentially, a drain that no longer drained. 3) Very minor, but the sanding was missing in a few deeper crevices. They also did not bother to do extra work on sealing the steps where the sand falls out to the bottom level. I did some research and although it's manual, they could have applied clear caulking at the bottom to prevent the sand from falling through. Again, it's the lack of attention to detail that you would expect from a 4.5 star business. Regardless, I reached out asking about these issues - and I got push back. It wasn't necessarily aggressive at first, and they said they would come back to make me happy, but almost with every other text they eluded I should have been there to prevent this from happening to make sure we were on the same page - stating my pavers were dry and that it would need more than one coat to get the semi-gloss, or that they were going to lose out on a job for the day to fix this for me and trying to guilt trip me. Okay? Well then, tell me that BEFORE starting and us signing the contract. You knew what I wanted, and you went to look at the pavers, so if that was going to be an issue, tell me in advance. He brushed off the sanding, but eventually replied that they would come back to fix this with another coat and resand the areas that needed it. They did not agree to do the extra work on sanding the paver steps properly, saying they had tried most methods but they all don't work due to gravity and the sand slipping through. Look - if there's a will, there's a way. There was definitely no will there. Finally, the channel drain, they basically acted as if it shouldn't have been there. I had to really press on them to do something about it, and finally just negotiated them to CLEAN it - not even replace it. But I had to "unscrew" the metal grates for them. Regardless, we continue with this odyssey. Come to the new year of 2026, and I'm attempting to coordinate with Jacob over text on coming out again to fix the above items that we had negotiated. And we set a date. And then that gets cancelled. So we set another date. Equipment troubles. And another date. Weather delay. And another date, and another excuse. Finally, I stopped being friendly and made a curt demand that we needed to get something in the books, and they needed to pressure clean again since due to the delay, my pavers were not ready to be sealed as they were. Guys, this is April 2026 at this point - four months after the initial service. Jacob finally agreed, and we finally got them in. The result? Let's list it: 1) A pro that I will give them - they put another coat, and the pavers are a bit closer to semi-gloss. Still not perfect, but better than before. 2) Pretty sure they didn't do a proper pressure washing. Why? There were old tire marks that got sealed over. Great. Old tire marks got properly power washed out the last time, so why weren't these? 3) Pretty sure they didn't resand properly. Seeing weeds poke out literally a week after the job from the joints. 4) They literally forgot to do the back pavers. Like. I can't even. This was honestly the biggest issue. And guess what? I tried to reach out to get them back to do this and.. radio silence from the guy. I can see that he read it too, cause you know, read receipts. So yeah. End of my long journey with this company, never again, and will never recommend them to anyone. If the level of effort to write this review isn't enough to fact check my story, just look at my review ratio - I REALLY hate giving bad reviews unless I truly believe they're warranted, and am generally super lax when it comes to rating since I know some local business livelihood often depends on high reviews. But I can't with this one. Maybe if you hire them JUST for pressure washing.

When I informed them of that they didn't like it. I informed Chase that I would just like my lights that I already paid him for and he agreed. After sending him multiple messages with no response he spoke with my husband and agreed to return our lights. Again, no response from him when it came time to return our lights. They are WAY over priced and are horrible at doing business.
