They took the vehicle to inspect it and brought it back. The first thing they tried to get out of me was an oil change. That's because I have not taken the old sticker down from my windshield. When I declined that they then said my windshield wipers were streaking and I could not pass the inspection unless I purchased some of their wipers. I looked at my windshield.
