Last time I went they swiped my card for me and signed me up for a membership without permission and it's auto pay recurring monthly!!!!! I didn't know until my bank was charged $19.99 this morning!!! I called and talked to customer service and apparently this is something they do often because he asked if the last time I went through was a month ago and the answer was yes, he also asked if they swiped my card for me and the answer was yes. So they seem to be aware this is happening! He asked if they placed a membership sticker on my wondow and I said no. If they had, I would have know what happened. By not placing a sticker on my window I was unaware, so going through the next time I was paying for a single carwash AND paying monthly! They are robbing people!!! Car wash Didn't get anything off the front end,bugs still on windshield, still dirty on top of cab,dirt and grime down the side of vehicle. I asked if I was supposed to prewash before I came and requested rewash. Manager would not allow rewash. Ends of vacuum kept falling off,no spray bottles with cleaner,had to search for vac or vac hose with enough suction to get the loose stuff. Manager wouldn't even look at truck to determine if it should be washed again.
