I experienced damage to a wheel hub on my dual axle trailer in Ashland OR. Had a shop there install brakes all around while they were repairing it. Heading back home to the Bay Area, by the time I got to Mt. Shasta another hub was heating up. I spoke to Troy, a mobile mechanic in Weed. He was booked and, lacking other options in the area, I decided to limp down to civilization (Redding) where my odds of finding help would increase. Troy referred me to All Wheel. Four hours and 65 miles later, I limped into their lot, hoping against hope for an appointment sometime in the next week. I spoke to Rizzy, an outstanding gentleman with a heart of gold. Much to my surprise, within a short time he had Brian inspecting all of my axles. As it was late in the day, we decided it would be best to finish in the morning. As others have mentioned, I was graciously offered the option to spend the night, which I gladly accepted. Throughout the process they kept me in the loop as to what they were doing to diagnose and eventually fix the problem. They found two issues that the previous shop was responsible for, and by noon the next day I was heading back home to the Bay Area. I could not have asked for better service. My day started off great, right up until the moment I started my truck. It ran smoothly, as usual…read morefor about 90 seconds and then the engine died. Cranked on it a couple of times and immediately realized the aforementioned "great day" had just hit a snag. A quick call to my insurance company's roadside assistance program but unfortunately no towing agencies were available. They suggested Premier Towing, just send them the receipt for said service and they'd "try to get it covered." Sheesh! They then proceeded to send me the wrong phone number. SHEESH #2! Looked up Premier's phone number online and a moment later I was on the line with Premier setting up the tow. 45 minutes later Lee arrived, got the truck loaded up and away we went to the shop. Lee was very professional and it turned out he'd met my dad about 20 years previously. He dropped the truck off at the repair shop and in a few moments he was gone. I'm pleased to recommend Premier Towing and their driver Lee. Solid service within a very reasonable timeframe. The day ended up positive after all. I'll definitely call them again if there is a need.

He asked if I needed to get anything out of my car, waited for me to do it, and then loaded her up. Dropped my car at the shop and they let me know that too. It turned out that shop couldn't do the repair. So my insurance contacted Premier again. Same service: prompt call from their dispatcher and Lee was on the scene picking up my car and taking it where it needed to go in under thirty minutes.
