Brought in a Moto Z with a dying battery which they replaced for $45. In the process, they broke the glass and improperly installed a new one. The phone was usable but not fully functional. Because of the improperly installed glass, the phone was slightly thicker and the touch phone features required a gentle pinch (essentially a touch) for the case to fit and the buttons to function. Merely touching the screen caused the improperly installed screen to crack. They insisted that I had somehow broken a touch screen phone by, wait for it...touching the screen...and wanted to charge me another $100 to fix it. I would have been better off buying a new phone. They will never get my business again. Not for the failed repair but for failing to stand by their service and take responsibility.

I called the following Monday as I had not heard anything and realized they are only open Wednesday through Saturday. I called Wednesday morning 6 days after my initial call and was told they had no idea, after a while of looking around the manager said he found a note with my name on it, but that nothing had been ordered. He apologized and said he would order that day, but then somewhat scolded me telling me that they usually don't order parts until they can look at the phone. I asked him to verify my phone number which they also had wrong and he said he corrected it. I told him I would drop it off the next day and had my wife do so. After being patient and not hearing anything I called Saturday the 29th and again asked the status of my phone. I was told they were still waiting on the screen and they were hoping to have it repaired by the following Wednesday the 2nd. I again asked to confirm my callback number and they STILL had it wrong. Today Wednesday the 2nd I walked in again this afternoon after not hearing anything and when the associate asked the phone repair person the status he said "oh I was going to order a screen today for it." REALLY?!?! 13 days ago I was told a screen was being ordered and they still hadn't even ordered the part!!! Long story short, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR REPAIRS!!! Lots of other business you can search and find locally to do the same services. No one seemed to ever have a clue of what was going on and the customer service every time was far from professional. First I had a charging problem that, just like taking your car to the mechanic or your kid to the pediatrician, wouldn't happen when I took it in!! CPR took my little bestie for overnight observation, didn't charge me because they couldn't make it act up like it did for me. After my third trip there, they still didn't roll their eyes at me!
