New management. Bug cleaning station removed?! That was the perfect thing. Where did the floor-mat cleaner go, another asset that was removed. Now we are forced to a membership, pay more for less. I also think that there should be a family plan since most everyone has a second car. No military discount? The former owners brought their A-game, this new leadership not so much. It depends on who is on staff as to whether you get a good car wash. Most of the staff will soap and brush the front of the car to loosen the bugs. One guy will only do trucks and suvs but if you have a car he just stands there and watches. When he's not there it's a 5 star place. My husband & I went through the car wash. Once we noticed this piece was missing, we asked for management & we were told he was on vacation but they did take a claim and would get back with me. After many calls & stops to the carwash we kept being told a manager would call. He never did so I kept calling & visiting the car wash. Finally they said the claim was denied. We asked to watch the cameras & were told no. Now I will go as high as I can about this. A simple carwash cost me a little over $500. These are everywhere (seemingly) in the Ft Knox area. I'm conflicted: I mean, y'all know I legit have memberships to places that give me unlimited interior and exterior washes. Hand dry. Tire shine etc. I pay approx $50 of month for it. Here though, they advertise $3 washes, but, the wash that has everything costs $15. No hand dry. No interior clean. No tire shine. Water slots everywhere.... ugghhh. Yes yes yes we all know I'm a clean freak and car wash snob... but this place does not meet my expectations vs cost, yet, every time im at Ft Knox it's always for a month or more, so I have to wash the car at least once weekly. have the monthly pass. they got rid of the bug prep stations and my car isn't clean even after they prep scrub in the car wash. They close at 9:00pm but been there 4 times in the past 2 weeks at 8:30 & 8:45 and all the lanes are shut down. Cancelling my monthly pass and I'll go to the spray wash on Ring Rd. Was great for the 1st year or so but the last 4 months TERRIBLE!! read more

This place rocks. I use the monthly membership and it pays for itself after just 2 car washes. I am slightly OCD so I wash 2-3x a week. I'm always met with very good customer service and very attentive employees. 5 out of 5 I highly recommend. read more

The man named Andrew is fairly rude. I am a regular at this wash, he never seems to keep his eyes off of his cell. The way he has presented himself to the customers is terrible, he never seems to rush whenever a customer needs help. Also the price change from 3 dollars to 10!?! yeah no. When I first signed up for this car wash it was the greatest place ever, it had everything I was looking for in a car wash but now it's under new ownership and a lot of changes have been made, not for the better for customers, and now I don't want to go here anymore. They took away the wash stations where I could spend a little time and effort in cleaning my wheels and bugs off, they took away the good vacuum cleaner for the mats and now you can't get your mats clean, and now they've change the hours so that I can't get my car washed before I go into work. Since the new management has taken over, the vacuums have been terrible. I have also gone on several occasions to go through the wash and they have had the sign out "Closed for Maintenance.". However, when you visit the website it says it is open. We have 2 memberships and have had issues using them on multiple occasions. Very disappointing! read more
