When I brought this to their attention, instead of taking responsibility or even just listening respectfully, the staff became immediately defensive and accused me of causing the damage. Not only was there no apology, but their attitude was rude and unprofessional. They showed zero accountability, and it was clear they had no interest in resolving the issue. I understand mistakes can happen, but how a business handles those mistakes is what separates the good ones from the bad. Unfortunately, Auto Glass Plus failed miserably in that regard. Additionally, since they prefer to communicate through text I have receipts. I would not recommend them to anyone who values their vehicle or expects basic customer service.

The receipt says parts brought in can be used without a warranty. We were told they can't be brought in. We, my husband and I, brought in our SUV with two working high beam headlights. When we decided to stop work due to extra work and prices being added, our SUV was returned to us in worse shape than when we brought it in. This should not happen. We agreed to pay for the work that had been done. After spending nearly 300 dollars there is one working high beam headlight. Ethical behavior doesn't seem to matter to the people running this establishment. We understand that this could be a civil case and we're working through the process.

Well I took it back and without one question they took the car in and repainted the whole rear door. I've used them multiple times over the past couple years and they have always done great work. Scheduling is as easy as a call, text, or even a Facebook message. They usually have availability the next day or the day after that. They've replaced an intake manifold gasket, done brakes on a couple cars, and some other repairs and troubleshooting. They've always arrived on time, have been very courteous and professional. They've even installed parts that I purchased on my own. I've not used them for any sort diagnostic services but I wouldn't hesitate to do so. They price their service fairly. Front brake pads and rotors was $100 for the labor. They are a great value. Front end ball joints wear constantly. Short cuts were made on paint under replaced fender, unpainted area showing. Rim that was replaced is rusting away, the other 3 oem wheels are still fine. Wouldn't recommend for repairs if you plan to keep the vehicle.
