    Beautiful bouquet of flowers

    I was completely wow'd by this beautiful bouquet I received from my boyfriend today! It was delivered straight to my door and was filled to the max! Thank you for doing such an amazing job on my bouquet. Pictures don't do it justice .

    In the time of house arrest due to Covid, my sister lost her dog. I live very far away and wanted to send flowers, but because of the times, none of the florists had flowers and most were closed. This place was opened and recommended a mixed garden. It was delivered that day and was beautiful!

    We needed a floral arrangement for my husband's promotion ceremony. I had a vision in my mind and the owner, Patricia admitted she hadn't done anything like it before but as an artist/florist she'd be willing to get it done for me. I made a rough sketch and she made a beautiful final product for us. The flowers were all pristine and just gorgeous, super fresh and well put together. Patricia delivered and setup the arrangement for us at the ceremony. I would definitely go to her again for any other floral needs. She was very nice and seemed willing to do whatever needed to be done to make this happen and the price was reasonable.

    Got my bridal bouquets here last-minute (ordered about a week before the wedding). All of the other florists in the area that I called were rude and expensive, or told me they couldn't have roses for me in a week...what? The employees at Jim's were so kind and made me the simple rose bouquets I wanted. I showed them the bridesmaids outfits and they matched the color right to them. The flowers were fresh and beautiful!

    It's not easy to choose a florist outside the state you live in. I've used online companies for previous orders and I have never been satisfied with what my family would receive; not to mention their high prices. Yesterday I was in a need to deliver flowers to a loved one in Michigan so I decided to call Jim's Florist. Patti, the person that took my order was very nice and helpful. The price (I asked for additional flower to make the bouquet amazing) is unbeatable. The customer service is unmatchable. And the outcome is WOW!!! Patti offered to txt me a picture of the bouquet once is done and it was going to be delivered within 3 hours. How amazing is that???? I'm speechless. I can't thank Patti enough for her wonderful customer service! And the receiver was also very impressed!! Jim's Florist, you have just gained a new loyal customer from FL.

    A $12 delivery charge in the same town. They hide that charge till they're ringing up your card. The lady was very rude about it when asked.

    Placed an order for a flower arrangement for pickup on 2/13 before the Valentine's Day rush…read more Flowers looked promising on website and pricing was very fair. The next day I received an alert from the shop app saying my order was cancelled and refunded with no further explanation. I heard nothing else from the store so I had to call myself and figure out what was going on. A man answered, without providing his name, and when I asked him about the order he said he cancelled the order because it was for Valentine's Day and that the pricing I paid was wrong and I would need to now place another order for $10 more than what I had paid originally. Again, even with the increase the flowers were still a reasonable price and I did end up getting the refund, but I thought the business tactic and service was underhanded and a bit shady. Cancelling a customer order, not telling them why until they call in, and then demanding they pay more for something they already bought because your website pricing is wrong? Just a little bit puzzled on how the whole ordeal was handled and I opted to order flowers from a different florist rather than try this one again. I'm sure the flowers are nice, but I can't trust a business like this.
