Despite being very busy that morning, they generously invited us to bring the car in to inspect it. Regina was extremely friendly and helpful. She did a test drive and reassured us that we could drive home safely and in the next day or two have our brake pads replaced with our local mechanic. She refused to accept any payment for her time and expertise. If we had a mechanic like that in our town, we would be bringing our cars to them of a regular basis!

Thomas, Ricky and Kevin all went above and beyond today taking care of my car and answering the 100 questions I tossed at them.
