From that time is was 35 minutes to arrival, but shortly after the 20 - 50 minute estimate, the provider called me to give me a more precise time which exactly matched their actual arrival time. The provider was fast, efficient, friendly and the service call was free with the Subaru new car warranty coverage. So my cost was $0 plus the optional tip (which I was able to do seamlessly on Venmo). So, in total, this was an equal or better experience than any other service call I have previously utilized with other vehicles.
