I brought my quote from the dealer inside and talked to Johnny about my tire needs. He was very helpful and, in the end, ordered two tires for me to arrive the next morning. We took my husband's truck for an alignment and a variety of other services totaling over $1700. Within 500 miles, he had to buy new front end tires (another $600) due to the miscalculation of the alignment. We just bought these tires brand new on March 30th of this year. He also had to pay a different shop to do another, proper alignment, and we've had no issues with the truck since. When he called to tell Turner Tire about it, the woman who answered was very nice and told him to bring the truck in along with the paperwork from the shop that did the second alignment. He did that today and again, she was very nice. However, a man came out to speak with him and basically said too bad. It's the other shop's word against his and he won't do anything about it. So don't go here unless you like wasting money on services and want to buy new tires right after having an alignment. $700 down the drain is an expensive lesson for average people like us.
