I brought my quote from the dealer inside and talked to Johnny about my tire needs. He was very helpful and, in the end, ordered two tires for me to arrive the next morning. Unfortunately, the tires didn't arrive when expected, so I ended up going back later in the day. There would be a wait, so I chose to return the next day. Within 500 miles, he had to buy new front end tires (another $600) due to the miscalculation of the alignment. We just bought these tires brand new on March 30th of this year. He also had to pay a different shop to do another, proper alignment, and we've had no issues with the truck since. When he called to tell Turner Tire about it, the woman who answered was very nice and told him to bring the truck in along with the paperwork from the shop that did the second alignment. He did that today and again, she was very nice. However, a man came out to speak with him and basically said too bad. It's the other shop's word against his and he won't do anything about it. So don't go here unless you like wasting money on services and want to buy new tires right after having an alignment. $700 down the drain is an expensive lesson for average people like us.

Great. But after another three hours with no updates, I finally asked what was going on; only then did they tell me they didn't even have the correct brake pads and had been waiting on replacements. Had I known that up front, I never would've wasted my entire afternoon sitting there. I was finally out the door five minutes before closing, and they charged me nearly $300 for the privilege of waiting around all day with zero communication. On top of that, I have a blood clotting disorder and currently have two clots in my legs. Sitting for four hours straight without warning put my health at serious risk. If they had simply informed me they were waiting on a part, I could've come back later or made a safer decision for myself. This experience was incredibly unprofessional and disappointing, and I will not be returning.
