I gave my lawn mower to Jim on the first week of APRIL. He said he would fix it when restrictions have been lifted. But I've called and called and even went there in person but no answer and no one is ever at the shop. I just want my lawn mower back because I'll go to someone else to get it fixed. I think this is unprofessional and bad customer service. At least let me know what's going on or give me an update. Don't leave me hanging or not return my messages or even answer the door.
