They gave a date when they would start, and they actually almost made the date - had to delay one week due to a significant snowstorm (and they informed us of the delay early - i.e. when the storm occurred). We've had work done many times, and meeting a committed start time is not that common. Given how great the deck went, we asked them to also build a pergola for us on the cement patio.
