Overpriced, onsite service employees do not have good costumer service. I would have kept paying the price if I knew the employees would be more caring about my concerns. Too expensive for low quality service. The office employees are very helpful and were very flexible and great communicators. The bugs have really decreased after Kyle came out. It took two visits (the second one was free) to see as much of a drop as we wanted, but Kyle was great to work with both time. Elite Pest Solutions have been fantastic at our home. We are new to the area and saw a couple of big, gnarly spiders in our basement. I researched exterminators on Yelp and found Elite Pest. I requested a quote and Kyle responded very quickly. He was at our place within 24 hours and confirmed we were overrun with spiders, small flying bugs, and had 8 hornet nests in the yard. He arrived at 7:30pm (which I really appreciated because those spiders were scary!) and got right to work, spraying inside and outside. He worked quickly and diligently in and around our property for almost 90 minutes as the sun went down. When he was finished, he confirmed that our house was really fulls of pests, especially spiders. He encouraged us to contact him right away if we saw any more bugs. He also promised a 2-week window in which he'd come out to spray again at no charge if necessary. The following day, as I was vacuuming up dead spiders around the house, I noticed 2 very alive ones that prompted me to text Kyle around lunchtime. He responded right away and was at our house that evening at 8:30. He sprayed in and around the house again and discovered 3 more hornet nests on our roof. He gladly eliminated those pests for no charge. I am so happy our family found Elite Pest Solutions. My husband and I are confident we have a great contractor who will work hard for us to keep our home free of all of these unwelcome guests. I have used Elite two times in the past but recently I had a very bad experience with an employee Kyle. He was scheduled to come out and was an hour and 20 minutes late. I'm ok with people being late but at least call and let your customer know you are running late. He then gave me a quote for spider removal that was excessive and then told me that I was being difficult because I questioned the amount. It took him 4 hours to complete the job.
