As I'm getting waxed, we always talk about random things such as family, politics, new films in theaters, etc. I'm always looking forward to coming for my wax. She's truly passionate about her job and takes it very seriously. And she's QUICK! Literally my Brazilian wax takes about 5min or less. You can't put a price on your medical care. Being able to find a doctor that I trusted and felt safe with has given me immeasurable peace of mind. I love Dr. Heidi Waldorf because she's truly brilliant and always interested in my total well being. Dr. Waldorf has been my dermatologist for over 5 years. She's knowledgeable and discusses and explains everything openly and honestly--I always have options. I'm not just in "good" hands. I'm in her skilled and magical hands that work wonders. I was so relieved that I could do fillers and avoid surgery to achieve the look that I wanted. With a combination of injectable filers (radiesse, belotero, restylane ) -and trusting in Dr. Waldorf to know exactly where to place the fillers, I was able to sculpt and lift. I looked just like me only younger and better. The best part is that I receive wonderful compliments. Everyone thinks I look terrific. They assume I had a nice long vacation- can't beat that!

The technicians are always professional and efficient. They always made me feel comfortable. The laser treatment itself isn't extremely painful, but it definitely does hurt in certain areas. I'm usually fine afterwards and can go about my day. Out of all 10 sessions, there was only one time that I had a really painful session and I was in pain for a few days afterwards. This was not with my regular technician and I informed them of what happened during my next session and they were very considerate. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and I would definitely return in the future!

She worked for the company but the ideal image I wanted to get my service done does not have a manager she is covering and she does not know anything about that store. She said she can provide me with a lot of discounts, she send me a link to put my card information to pay and that was it. The whole meeting last less than 5 minutes. I was very eager to get the service down so I sign up anyway. I got 4 sessions, I was still getting a lot of hair growth. On session 3 I start voicing my concerns the tech keep telling me to be patient and she will keep increasing the intensity of the treatment each time I come in which was getting more painful and I can feel my skin burning. When I schedule my 4th session they telling me they need to put my card in file or they will have to stop giving me the treatment. Mind you I pay for all the session in full so I'm not sure why they need my card in file. I was already irritated with them not getting result so I asked for a refund. The girl up front became very rude saying I signed a contract when I sign up and that I have to get all the treatment done which I didn't do. I ddidnt sign any contract with them. Show me a document that says " acknowledged by me" and give me a customer service number which I called and they where even worst. The lady told me that they all managers. There is no such thing as a supervisor for them and they have no headquarters. It's either I deal with or or she hang up and I get no help at all. These people need to give me my money back. They are Terrible. Stay away from this company. I will keep filing complaints every where that I can.
