Had a consultation in NYC for the fractional laser treatment but after that place messed up my botox and gave me a droopy eye, I wasn't going to let them get me with a laser. Jamie was totally willing to work around my crazy schedule and we met for a consultation on a sunday. She explained everything and I ended up signing up right then and there and had my first treatment. I have never had anything like this done before so I was really nervous but Jamie put me at ease. She allowed me to take a break when necessary and she was SO thorough. I was impressed. I can't speak for the results as of yet since I only had it four days ago but I am looking forward to posting my before and after pics once I complete all laser treatments. So on Sept 19th (13 days after treatment) I received a snippy text from "Johnathan the office manager" that "your two week follow up window has closed so you must pay again if you return". This place should be called "Bait and Switch". I called one of their multiple phone numbers and a snotty receptionist based in Edgewater kept telling me she "can't help, doesn't know what's going on, Johnathan was just some guy who does their texts" yet HIS texts told me he was the "office manager". The prices and arrogance will not go over well in Lyndhurst. Such a pity that Dr. Gledman moved to Texas. She was so polite, easy to book and very affordable PLUS I never needed a "follow up" as her products and treatment WORKED.

I saw Nena in April for lip and other fillers before a trip. a few days before I left, I noticed my face was uneven and called back to try to get in before my trip. The front desk dismissed my concerns of an uneven appearance and told me things needed to settle. On my trip the unevenness got worse and my face looked paralyzed. When I returned I scheduled an appointment and discovered that I was injected with Botox in my lips instead of filler causing the appearance of Bells Palsy. I further discovered that assistants in training are allowed to handle the product and unused products are being used on other people. How do you allow anyone but the injector to handle the products? How do you know how much is injected when you pay for a syringe and they are using left overs? In 6 months no one has reached out to me to follow up. No one offered a refund for the fact that I walked around with a paralyzed looking face on my vacation. I gave them 6 months to make it right and crickets. In my experience with a more reputable place: you should always see the product in a sealed container before allowing the injections.

Office is easy to find, has its own parking, it is clean, comfortable and welcoming. Dr. DiPasquale is simply amazing. She is the walking testament to the quality of services provided in her office - beautiful, elegant, classy, professional and warm. She suggested going very easy on the number of Botox units, did not push for any additional services (in fact she looked at me when I asked about chemical peel and said: No, you don't really need it now), she was professional, personable and comforting. The very procedure was quick and of course not particularly pleasant (It never is! No matter who performs it), but I left the office feeling so much better than when I came.
