Connor is by far one of the best contractors I've ever hired. From the consultation all the way through to the completion of the project he was absolutely professional on every front. We have been having water issues in our back and side yards. Our backyard has a pretty decent slope to it and the water would pool between our patio and playground. Connor came out and did a through inspection of the property and advised installing a catch basin in the back yard that would dump out into the street as well as a French drain to handle the soggy side yard. When we informed Connor that we'd be using him he told me he'd rethought some things about the project. Just the idea that he'd put additional thought into our situation before we'd signed a contract made me feel like he really cared about helping us. Throughout the project we kept remarking about how efficient and thorough his work was. Every day he cleaned up after himself and made sure any digging was filled back in. I've never hired someone who has worked as hard as Connor. I cannot say enough how grateful we were for his meticulousness and professionalism. A few days after all the pipes had been laid down we had a decent bout of rain in the morning. Usually this would mean a small pond in our backyard and our side yard would be marshland for days. We had no pooling in the backyard and when I checked the side yard at about 2 pm the ground was almost dry. I was hopeful that it would work but I was astonished at how well it worked. I mistakenly trusted that he would finish the work and gave him the final check prior to completion knowing that he lived far and I was going to be at work and he would be gone by the time I got back. I came home and the wall was TERRIBLE. Gaps everywhere, broken brick where it should have been replaced. I reached out to Ryan, who assured me he would be back in 2 weeks to pressure wash the wall and would assess then. This was in November. Before he left he told me that he called the dump truck company  to remove the truck and they would be coming the next day. I believed him because he was supposed to do another job for me as well the next day. Forward to the next day i called him in the afternoon because he was supposed to be at my house in the morning for the other job. He doesn't pick up. Text him and nothing. I get a hold of him in the evening and he tells me now that he need to charge me for the rental of the tools. It didnt make no sense because he gave me a price already knowing that he needed it already. But i said you know what its ok so i agreed. He said he will be there the next couple of days. One day passed and nothing, two day passed and nothing on the third day i call him and nothing. I text him and nothing. Called him from my wife phone and nothing but then he calls my wife phone back. I told him look listen the dump truck is still there and when is he coming to do the other job. He starts telling me that he called them already and they should have pick up the truck already. And about the other job that i live an hour away and that he would come sometime in the week when he gets job closer. Told i understood but i need the job done before July 4th and if he couldn't do it to let me know and i can get someone else. He said that he would do it no problem. Job never got done. I had to cancel my party because he never came. I kept texting him because he dont pick up his phone about the dump truck that is still at my house for about two weeks already. He told me that he had to pay over $400 for the truck. What happened to the money i gave you to rent the truck? I gave you the right amount for you to rent it. So i call the company and they said that he gave them an invalid credit card that keep declining. So this guy gave me a price for a job before looking at it first, then when he looked at it gave me a different price that included everything.  Like i said again he didnt finish the whole job and i was outside helping the whole day. He worked hard yes but this guy is a lair and a cheat. Its been two weeks and im working with dump truck company to get the truck removed. They also been trying to call him and he dont answer them. I am so disappointed in how he conducted business. Mr. Sanchez wont be getting any of my business or nobody business again. If anyone wants more info or proof i have the text message to prove everything. And he should be ashamed of having his son doing manual labor like this af such a young age. Then having him on his payroll which he told me he was on. So at the end of the day he told me that he made no money on the job because he had to pay for the truck, three adults and the child. But he never paid for the truck so i told him and sent him a refund request for the money i gave him for the truck and ill pay it. He declined the refund and had the nerves to send another request for the money that i paid him to pay for the truck to be removed. This sent me over the top. This man shouldn't be able to have a business he should be a worker not a boss. Because bosses know how to cut loses for profit. He guy clearly doesn't know how to run a business.

Everyone has different perspectives and I would never want to hurt a business based on my feelings or praise a businesses for operating appropriately because that's what they are expected to do, that's the service we pay for. Business owners should take pride in their work and the services provided. I'll let their work speak for itself (see pictures). They are a nice family but nice doesn't get the job done and I can't do anything with apologies every week especially while they have my riding tracker in exchange for their services. I did that for them so they could help the community. There is a constant lack of; communication, consideration, scheduling, and the quality of service is highly neglected. As a last attempt, I was promised they would be here this morning (Monday 7/14) to make it right. It's 12 PM while composing this msg. The last grass cutting was on 6/20, the last communication was on 7/11. I tried giving one last chance before writing this review but I am done waiting and will no longer recommend them due to everything transpiring. It should not be this difficult especially for service already agreed upon and paid for.
