When I got to our primary residence, I realized the dryer vent that was supposed to have been cleaned was not cleaned at all. And the ducts were supposed to have been cleaned. When I opened the one in our laundry room was still filthy. The dryer is also in the laundry room obviously and I wonder if it just got skipped altogether. Because the duct cleaning is so much more expensive than the carpet cleaning I had to rate the overall experience three stars because I ended up cleaning our dryer vent myself and vacuuming and cleaning the air duct in the laundry room myself because it is definitely the dirty one in the house. I thought I had Photos, but we're doing a lot of work too more than one house right now and I can't find them.

On the phone the tech was 100% certain he knew how to resolve the issue. Tech shows up to my house at the scheduled time. He determined that he had to access the roof or my attic. HE DOES NOT HAVE A LADDER on his truck. He agreed to come back a few hours later. He was able to access the attic, but did not have the right tools for the job. He scheduled to come back out 8 am Monday morning. 8.15 Monday, he had not shown up so I text him and ask if he is coming. He claimed that his truck broke down and he will get back with me once it is resolved. As of this post, I still have not heard from him. I was able to call someone else to get the situation resolved. Overall, unprofessional and unprepared.

We had a flood in our basement due to a massive rain and hail storm. We called them the day of the storm, and they were at our house the next morning. His team was professional and helpful in getting fans and dehumidifers going in our home and within a few days our soaked basement was dry as a bone. They did demo work for us pulling out drywall and baseboards, and left the home as clean as possible when they were done. Effrem even went above and beyond with a small issue we had. I would recommend them to anyone that has a flood in their home. I hope I don't need to call them again, but if I do have another flood, I would call Effrem again for sure. He was very fair and ethical in our interactions, and even suggested calling a third party if we wanted to do any further testing as they would have a conflict of interest. 10/10 recommend.

I want to share my 2-star rating experience, and you can be the judge. Victor gave a great first impression and took time to explain everything. He gave me his number and said to call anytime with questions. The price was less than I expected. Work started on Monday. The cabinet under the sink was ripped out due to mold. Things seemed to be going well. Tues there were some communication problems but not too big of deal. Wed Abraham came out to pick up the equipment and said he was just going to leave all the plastic that was put up even though the job was done. Didn't say why it would need to be left up, and I had the impression it was inconvenient to him to remove it. He did take it after I asked. There was still black moldy looking stuff under the treated sink area, and I pointed it out to him. He stated it wasn't mold as "mold doesn't grow on concrete". I asked Abraham what the time frame was it I still found mold as Victor stated they would come back out if mold was still showing. Abrahama stated within the first month after their work was done. Now the big problem, I re-tested the air in the house and under the treated sink area 3 days after they completed the work. Mold grew quickly. I sent the pictures and a text to Victor yesterday with no response. I then sent the pictures to the office, and they stated that Abraham was now the project director and would call me. I never received a call. My husband called today and was told Abraham would call him at 11:30, again no response. I feel as if I spent $2600 to have the kitchen sink ripped out, the dishwasher not functioning after they moved it (and yes, I understand they are not responsible for damage per the contract) and I still have mold. I would be very cautious if you use this company. They cannot be trusted to do what they say they will do. They can't even return phone calls when they say they will. Looking at the pictures, do you think they completed a mold cleanup?
