I chose this company because of all the 5-star ratings. So, that shows me they can be a 5-star company when they choose to be. I want to share my 2-star rating experience, and you can be the judge. Victor gave a great first impression and took time to explain everything. He gave me his number and said to call anytime with questions. The price was less than I expected. Work started on Monday. The cabinet under the sink was ripped out due to mold. Things seemed to be going well. Tues there were some communication problems but not too big of deal. Wed Abraham came out to pick up the equipment and said he was just going to leave all the plastic that was put up even though the job was done. Didn't say why it would need to be left up, and I had the impression it was inconvenient to him to remove it. He did take it after I asked. There was still black moldy looking stuff under the treated sink area, and I pointed it out to him. He stated it wasn't mold as "mold doesn't grow on concrete". I asked Abraham what the time frame was it I still found mold as Victor stated they would come back out if mold was still showing. Abrahama stated within the first month after their work was done. Now the big problem, I re-tested the air in the house and under the treated sink area 3 days after they completed the work. Mold grew quickly. I sent the pictures and a text to Victor yesterday with no response. I then sent the pictures to the office, and they stated that Abraham was now the project director and would call me. I never received a call. My husband called today and was told Abraham would call him at 11:30, again no response. I feel as if I spent $2600 to have the kitchen sink ripped out, the dishwasher not functioning after they moved it (and yes, I understand they are not responsible for damage per the contract) and I still have mold. I would be very cautious if you use this company. They cannot be trusted to do what they say they will do. They can't even return phone calls when they say they will. If you have a fresh water leak - do your homework and ask lots of questions before you allow any type of repairs, water mitigation process, testing, air quality and especially before you turn your personal items over to anyone to "wash/dry" to get the contaminents out. (Esporta wash system - $7,800) We had a leak 5 weeks ago and never dealt with one before, so we had no clue what to expect. The plumber we called suggested All Pro Restoration who would take care of everything, it was a large plumbing company with many recommendations and 4.5*** great ratings so I trusted them. All Pro Restoration didn't do any real "restoration" work of any kind, only the drying process ($1,200+ per day) and demo, which would have been $30,000+ if I hadn't started asking questions and stopped the demo. For 5 weeks they held our belongings "hostage" because my insurance company disputed the Biohazard level of work they say they did with the "wash/dry" system that was needed for a fresh water leak. I said no to the process unless insurance approved it, so they got with my insurance (or so they told me) and approved it - but the amount was for Biohard level 4 cleaning - roughly double the amount of a level 1 fresh water leak. They also said air quality testing was approved which I just found out was not. My son's room was affected most, so we were worried about air quality with severe asthma (2 inhalers daily and Nebulizer). They took everything from both of our kids rooms, our hall closet was full of linens which they took also and left our kids 2 sets of clothes & 1 pj's for 5 weeks. Every person from this company kept telling me I was the boss and don't listen to my insurance company that they went by industry standards and their company would fight the insurance company for their charges if they disputed anything. They said I approved things that I didn't and tried to make me sign a release waiver when I kicked them out from demo, which I refused. BEWARE and sift through to the bad reviews I believe them now . They called me the day of my quote at 12:50pm when the appointment was scheduled at 1pm and said the tech was in Colorado Springs and wouldn't be there until later . Closer to 3 I had to call and tech still didn't bother to tell me he'd be later than 3 now . Super unprofessional and horrible time management and disregard for their customers .I had to cancel and call an emergency company to come out to quote me since I didn't know if their tech was even going to make it . This cost me money and more time as it needed to be done that day since I was under contract to meet the deadline . If I could give zero stars I would. They caused more damage in two hours that you could possibly imagine. They cut through structural beams, pipes and wires in the house instead of just cutting out drywall. Then wouldn't answer phone or tell us who the owner of the company is. Time to get a lawyer. Definitely do your homework and get different bids on the appropriate clean up. $2500 worth of tape and fans over three days.There was no communication about payment through my homeowners claim, then following eight weeks I was threatened with collections without given a single invoice for payment, in their defense it sounded like there was a lack of communication related to accounts when a previous employee left the business. The contractors that came to the house were polite. I will say that there was a lack of transparency in the entire process, related to consumer claim, insurance, and the cost of future sub contractors. read more

This company was hired to remove mold and water damage. When they left I asked the company representative was the bathroom habitable ? The company representative said yes but to wait until the paint dried. He left a Hazmat type of door set up taped over the door so I was unable to check myself. Upon checking the room later I noted three carpet tack strips with old rusty nails facing up and several nails poking up that the company representative painted white so they were barely noticeable. I called to make a simple and reasonable request to please come back and remove the carpet tacking strips and nails. I left three messages which were not returned. I finally spoke with " Jim", a "project manager". "Jim" never was onsite after the project was completed to actually lay eyes on the room. However, "Jim" stated he had seen pictures. That he had decided it was safe to leave nails facing up and they would not be out to remove them. "Jim" advised me" That if I didn't walk close to the walls I'd be fine" "That I shouldn't complain" "Most people don't complain about this " This is an extremely small bathroom so how anyone can not walk close to the walls does not make sense. "Jim" became loud, rude, spoke to me like a parent to a child and then hung up on me. I called back a woman answered who did not identity herself she, also, became rude, loud and hung up on me. This company lacks common sense and common courtesy! "Jim" needs to learn how to speak to women respectfully! All Pro Restoration does not seem concerned about providing a service for what they bill. They did two hours worth of work and then I canceled the job. I paid for the work done in the two hours, but after that they wanted me to pay for a supposed survey that I didn't receive any results for. The whole experience seemed shady and I would definitely look elsewhere if I needed this type of service in the future. read more

All Pro did a great job of cleaning up our mess after a pipe burst in our crawl space. They were efficient and careful; saving our carpet so that all we needed to do was replace padding. I have had a very bad year with water. In Feb I had a pipe freeze and break and destroyed a large portion of my house. John and Jessica came out to do the clean up. They were prompt, professional, courteous, friendly and answered all my questions. They did a great job and I was very happy with their work and the communication I had with Jessica. Lucky me, another pipe went haywire in August so my first call was to Jessica. They got out here right away and once again, got the job done. I like that they are family owned and operated and they have a very good crew working with them. It's rare they get repeat customers, but they remembered me and again took great care of my home and have stayed in contact with me. Jessica expressed a sincere concern that we had to go through this again. She is really easy to work with and so is John. I appreciate the care they take in restoring my home. Just as we were headed out of town, our sump pump failed and the subfloor basement flooded. It seems that a stream has made its way under our home - lucky us! We called a number of companies and All Pro Restorations responded in a timely manner. They came out and immediately began the work of cleaning up the basement and drying out the ground under the floor. After the ground was mostly dry they installed a moisture barrier to keep mold out of the house. They also recommended Umbrella Plumbing to install a second sump pump. Jessica & John are very friendly & professional. They gave us options to on the clean-up & restoration. they do not hire and train professionals, they hire young adults who are very unprofessional. they bill for work not performed, they bill incorrectly with the "insurance is covering it" attitude, and they do not complete the mitigation by removing all things affected by standing water, again with the "oh well, the other guys will do it and insurance will pay for it" attitude. they are careless at packing ones items, inturn damaging many personal things and completely destroying carpet, then say it was other companies, when they are the only company given key code access in our absence, and the only company to move our things! highly unprofessional once they learn insurance isn't cutting them a check and oh, if you singed a contract releasing them of liability of damaged items, too bad! they will pack as haphazardly as possible bc you signed off! DO NOT use this company unless you want to be highly upset and frustrated and end up paying more out of pocket than you anticipated in replacing items they damaged. read more
