I am so disappointed in how this company managed my finances. From simple deposited to withdraws…read morebeing made so difficult that it isn't even worth it. I was giving financial advice from this company to switch my accounts over to them. Everything I was told, was not true. I am now at day 38 of this process. 14 days were lost because they gave the wrong name on my checks, they took no accountability for this. Then they keep mailing checks even though I keep requesting it to be direct deposited, just to learn, that I had to give them my bank info 10 days prior, I stated this 38 days ago! Once again they took no responsibility or accountability for their mistake, and I stated several times that I was in a hurry and needed direct deposite. And even offered my bank info at the beginning. Now facing an extreme financial hardship because of the extreme delay of funds, has made me so emotionally sick that it has become physical sickness now. And they show absolutely no sympathy on the fact that they are 100 percent the reason my money isn't here.
