John replaced the ballast in one of the fixtures and got 4 replacement bulbs from Home Depot and installed them. He also proved to me that the contraption in bathrooms that trips electric current when an electric razor or hairdryer accidentally falls into a basin of water was actually working and did not need to be replaced. John was prompt, worked cleanly and was professional. His company should help their employees who interface directly with the public with PPE. I had extra masks and I gave him one.

They gave us three options with regard to pricing, depending on what materials were picked, and provided us with design pictures that clearly showed what the finished product would look like. The wrong drains were installed. The driveway has cracked because the drain that goes underneath DOESN'T EVEN HAVE A FULL LENGTH OF TUBING so any material has washed out making the entire slab weak. The design of a portion was tweaked without permission and now my dog can jump over the fence if we don't bring her out in a lead. The entire project is subpar.
