Last week I reported damaged done to my SUV, by an object that came out the top of one of your…read morewaste trucks. Today I'm told it was considered road hazard and therefore the company will not pay to have my 2015 SUV fixed. I am a retired Army disabled Veteran of 27 years to service to country. My wife is a Air Force disabled Veteran, and we have triplet girls (age 7) and twin boys (age 5). I expected this company who serves so many communities, to be honorable enough to stand by their company's vision and desire to be the best... yet here they are instead refusing to be liable for what has been done to my wife's SUV. I even called the 1-800 number on the back of the truck, (which is there to report "How's my driving" - only to find out this company is no longer using their services. I would like to speak to someone in the decision making process, leadership or management, about this matter.
