I do like JJ's and go there often... which is why I was disappointed with our dinner last night. I ordered the chicken finger appetizer and some fries. Everything tasted great, but I was shocked by how small the appetizer was... the chicken fingers were extremely small. The boat of ranch was bigger than the fingers! It just didn't feel like a fair purchase at $7.99 for the chicken alone. The fries were $2.49 extra. Appetizers are meant to be shared... If you like beer, burgers, fries and standard diner food, you'll enjoy JJ's. We came here are visiting Crystal Bridges one afternoon and we left full and satisfied. Can't really ask for much more, in my opinion. We did have a sourpuss of a waitress, but the food was still good. Cheeseburger sliders were yummy. Fries were thicker cut with skin-on served with a peppered mayo (yum!). Fried mushrooms were HUGE. Onion rings had a nice flaky breading. Good patty melt. Hubby's bleu cheese burger was cooked perfect and very flavorful. We'd come back to JJ's to try more things. It's a sports bar atmosphere with an easy to please menu. read more

The best service and food in the area. We love the staff. Awesome happy hour/happy minutes! This place will spoil you with the quality and consistency of your experience. The "leftover" sandwhich and the pulled pork sandwhich are amazing, my go to is the clubhouse chicken sandwhich, but I haven't had anything bad on the menu, excluding the tacos. I wasn't a fan. Bartenders are amazing, they develop a relationship with their patrons and are very knowledgeable and attentive. We consistently can't get a spot at the bar and sometimes in the dining area. So show up early and meet a new friend at the bar. They have a core group of people that are hilarious to chat with. Place feels like the "Cheers" of Bella Vista. Live music in evenings is loud but amazing so prepare for that. Five stars all day y'all. read more

Well, let's keep things clear. It is what it is. Having said that, the food was great, portions were big (we ate fried catfish and chicken fried steak). Ventured in while spending a couple days in Bentonville. Pretty interesting place. The atmosphere to me was blend of honky tonk and sports bar. The night we were there was a live music night. Playing classic and modern country music. Service was pretty good. Waitresses we're good about keeping with drinks and such. The beer selection was decent. House beers are the focus but the red I had was pretty solid. The food was good bar food. Burgers, wraps, wings, etc. If you're looking for a beer and burger or wing stop...this is a good choice. read more

This will be much less crowded than the Rogers location any time of the week. We've had very good service here and hardly a wait. It's also nice they are open on Sundays, watch out for bands playing on game nights though. We like to come for the burgers and wings, I love the Jasmine wings(normally I get boneless). Good flavor and just a bit of heat. This location does have a bad rep for their sweet tea....we love sweet tea and we know not to order it at this location. All the food is great though read more

Great place for cheap beer, bar food, music, and loud friends. I always enjoy coming here for happy hour, to me, they have the best. It's a hole in the wall vibe with regulars. Their jasmine strips and fried mushrooms go great with the cold beer. Waitstaff is friendly and helpful. Manager is extremely nice. It's not fancy, which is something I enjoy for a wind down. A friend of mine and I went on a wimm. We where hungry and did go to the Bella Vista location. We where instantly taking care off by a very nice waitress. The food was excellent, the service was great. A place to come back to. The front door was taped over with some wired paper that was sticky. I would vote for a little bit of a touch up on the appearance on the place. read more

Well, we've been to the new JJs in BV twice now and I am disappointed to have to tell you that I haven't been impressed. The restaurant is small and seems crowded even when it isn't. On my first visit I ordered a burger with chips and horseradish sauce. My wife had the cheese steak. I thought the bread to burger ratio was way out of whack. Loads of bread. On tonight's visit I had the shrimp tacos which the menu indicated were a JJs specialty. I felt like it was really bland. The fried shrimp were the same fried shrimp you can get at Walmart with no particularly good seasonings. It had avocado which was a nice tough, but it's generally a bland fruit. The honey-slaw was tasty but not strong enough a flavor to overcome the other bland ingredients. My son had a kids meal, grilled cheese and fries. The fries must have been the very last of a batch because it was mostly crumbs and fry pieces. I'm sure we will be back, but it's not a place that we will crave and want to go back to. read more

I have been to JJs several times. They were not on their A game tonight. When I arrived I was told only had bar space and a single top up front. No problem I said I would take the table. I waited over 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me at the table. I went up to the bar to ask for a menu. Was not given a menu. Went back to the table waited again. Was asked if I was eating in I said yes. Server came by. Took my order. She asked me specifically if I wanted soup with rest of meal. I said yes. Soup came out separate. Ok no problem. Soup was not even warm. Server came back and said my quesadilla takes longer. Here's a thought hold the soup with entree. Saw a couple sit down next to me. Was greeted with a smile and got menus in seconds. Very disappointed with my experience JJs. I have had great service in the past. Focus on service and food. Happened to stop at JJ's on a whim, since we didn't know the area and were hungry. Best whim I've had in a long time! Our waitress, Jenny, a fun sized spitfire with tons of personality. Her service and attention was superb! My husband had the blackened catfish dinner with salad (honey mustard dressing) and onion rings. Mine was the chicken fried chicken dinner with roasted vegetables and onion rings. His salad was fresh and crisp, the dressing had a little bit of a spicy finish. Delicious! Catfish had a great grilled spice, he thoroughly enjoyed. The onion rings must be air fried, no grease at all and the onions were slightly raw and crunchy. We both highly recommend them. My chicken fried chicken melted in my mouth. The chicken was moist, batter was light. The roasted vegetables were a great variety and the seasoning was so tasty and not overpowering. I think we made great selections and I wish we had room for desert because we were told it was all homemade. Too tempting! We will be back!! read more

Always noisy and rambunctious, JJ's offers a variety of foods from BBQ to fish and chips it has a wide range of food for every taste.
