Reviewing the menu after arriving back home, I think it reads in speculation how it is plated, or served. I ordered the Senior Debris. The menu reads biscuits served with hash browns covered with gravy, topped with bacon, sausage, etc. In my head, I pictured biscuits and gravy with hash browns on the side with gravy on top of both of those. I also asked for No sausage. So... It was delivered to my table as a "breakfast bowl." The biscuits were Somewhere under the hash browns...I searched for the gravy, And I had sausage!...with my bacon....oh excuse me, bacon bits, as in Processed from the container. I suppose I expected real bacon, my bad. Out of the two eggs which then was on top of all of this, one yolk was hard (I requested sunny side up). The two waitresses were mopping, so it smelled of cleaner instead of food, I asked my waitress for the check, which she pointed and stated that I pay at the counter...how would I know that? While at my table answering this question, she asked if everything was ok. I explained the "bowl" situation and that I Did after all receive sausage, at which point she stated she would discount it. I told her it wasn't necessary. I just asked her to let the cook know so it wouldn't happen to someone else. I paid, with No discount and left. It wasn't good food and the service lacked, so the two of us will not be back. Other than this review, I won't spread the bad news, but if a friend asks about Cafe USA, I will let them know what we experienced. read more

I have mixed feelings about this place. The good: my eggs, hash browns were good, my pork chops were dry. The catfish, hush puppies, and french fries were really good. We were too full to eat the biscuit and gravy. Our server was very friendly. I agree with another reviewer that the music was not to my liking and there were uncleared tables the entire time we ate our lunch. read more

This was a great place for Breakfast. We drove 20 extra minutes and it was well worth it. My wife got French toast with extra powdered sugar. I got the Star Spangled Omlet. We each agree that they were the best we have ever had. Super service and great atmosphere. read more

We came for breakfast and my husband had the pork chop with scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy. I had the vegetable omelet with hash browns and sourdough toast. The pork chop was pounded and grilled, and he said it was delicious, as were the biscuits and gravy and perfectly cooked eggs. My omelette had sauteed spinach, bell pepper, tomatoes, and mushrooms with jack cheese. It was delicious! The hash browns were crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside and the toast was perfect. Super-friendly and efficient service. We will definitely be back! read more

Service was awful. Sign said "wait to be seated". There were several clean tables but waitress made us stand there even though she looked at us several times she made us wait till she cleaned 2 tables then walks passed us and says with a voice like we were stupid.."sit wherever you want". Took our order like a robot. Other waitress dressed like a cheerleader brings out several plates of food with the top half of her body hanging in the plate. Food was good except waffle tastes like old mix. Waitress disappeared and never came back. When we were done we stood at register to get ticket and pay. We waited 10 minutes or more. My husband went to the kitchen door 2 times and hollered hey. No one came. I got menu looked at prices and calculated amount, added a few $$ for tax and left it on table. I was going to pick up the tip or at least part of it but didn't. Wish I had as I left too much for bill and figured I left a $9 tip. As we left waitress was sitting outside on a bench visiting with a guy (maybe the cook). People came in while we were waiting went to a table waited and got up and left. They passed by the waitress coming in and going out. Was that not a clue to her. Personally seemed like she wouldn't have cared anyway. We will never go back. If they are related to store in Bentonville then someone needs to come to Bella Vistaand give them some lessons in customer service. We ate on 3/11 around 1:00. read more

Fresh LOCAL food, the pancakes are a meal by itself(I like adding walnuts). Bacon, sausage and ham are all great. The country fried steak is a real treat. Big portion so come hungry. Items on menu are made to order, so be sure allow time for that. We sat by the window next to a beautiful blooming dogwood which overlooked other parts of Town center. Give this place a visit! My husband and I went to Cafe USA in Bella Vista for breakfast after having a great experience at the location in Bentonville. We were greeted and our table was pointed out to us across the room. It took a while for someone to offer us menus. Our drinks were brought to us fairly quickly, and my husbands cup appeared dirty and adorned with someone's lipstick. We ordered and watch several other tables order after us. Out of those tables we got our food last. I opened our napkin-wrapped silverware to discover a dirty knife with old crusted-on egg. When I asked for another knife I received one equally as disgusting and dirty. My husband tried his toast with margarine, since they don't have butter, and it tasted like it had been stale and sitting on a shelf for while. The food was fair at best. My advice is to find another place for your morning meal read more

Me and 7 of grab a bite here on Morhers day. The employees made us wait outside even though there were several open tables. I'm from a different part of the country so this was a bit of a culture shock. There were many right wing political posters on the wall (which I did not mind too much). An old man got his food before me which made me a bit unhappy. Ordered the old fashion burger which was far to large to fit in my mouth. The fries were good but somewhat strange. Teh music was country and I kind of liked it. My friend ordered the chicken fried chicken which he said was slathered with gravy. I saw licking it. The tasters were especially yummy. We had good conversation with the waitress. She had a nice accent. Water was wet. Cute little place but I don't think I'll go back because I live halfway across the country. read more

I usually don't like to leave negative reviews but my experience here just wasn't good. First we waited so long to get our food when tables that ordered after us and had bigger parties were receiving their food. No one even apologized for the wait. Second when the food came out one of the orders was completely wrong! There were ingredients in the food that weren't listed on the menu. On top of that two things that were supposed to be eliminated were still added. Also the menu listed a type of cheese and a different type was used. When it was all brought up there was no apology again. The response was well the cooks just get busy back there. All in all not a good experience. We have been going to the one in Bentonville for a while, love it! When the Bella Vista one opened, we have gone there several times. The Honeymoon is over, by this time they should have a management team in place and clicking. We went there this morning, about 1100 am. They may have just had a rush because every table that was empty had dirty dishes. There were three female employees behind the counter and they did everything in their power to ignore us. Finally one of them said they would be right with us. We were offered a small table in the middle of the room and we said we would wait for another table toward the outside of the dining room. As the girl cleaned all the tables she wiped all but the one we wanted. They then put two tables together and sat the party behind us. This place needs a manager, we are only two people and our money will not break this place, but I have seen other similar reviews elsewhere. We walked out without sitting or eating, I wonder what restaurant will go in here after it fails, the foot traffic looks like it could support a well managed establishment, not this one. read more

It's just not worth your money - the diner experience is subpar, the tables aren't cleaned well and the food isn't good. One of our party ordered the chicken fried steak, and the gravy is basically served as a soup. It's as if they opened a can of their store bought gravy and dumped in onto the plate, so when it was brought to the table it nearly spilled over the sides. Disgusting, truly. It works, the ambiance is good, the servers are very attentive, the food is just meh. Hash browns are the dehydrated carton variety with little to no attention payed to hydration and seasoning. Splat on the grill slap, turn over shove out the window. Kinda brown on the outside, still chewy and dehydrated in the middle. How hard would it be to used real potatoes? Biscuits were nice,fluffy with good flavor. The gravy had to much water added to the prepackaged gravy mix, resulting in a sloppy, drippy texture, methinks a canned gravy would be better. If you can't cook, find a better canned version of what you are serving. Nothing here for a legacy, move along to McDonalds read more

Food took awhile to arrive, and when it did, it was lukewarm. No seasoning or flavor to the gravy, biscuit itself was ok. Pancakes were salty. Eggs dry, bacon limp, hash browns dry. One of our meals was incorrect, but they fixed it promptly. Layout is strange - Walking in the door we felt like we had accidentally walked in through the back of the restaurant.
