It is great to see folks who still do great work and don't try to get as much as they can out of you up to the last penny beyond which they think you are likely to say no. Justus also mentioned one corner he couldn't get up to (we knew this because no one can, but he is the first to mention it and still got it clear without actually walking up the steep roof pitch) - this further sealed my confidence in hiring J.B. as honesty/integrity are crtitical. A quick search of the various handyman websites and we settled on Viking not because their price was the lowest (it wasn't) but because other reviews said that they did a good job. The team arrived on time and parked their truck on the street. That was good because the engine that powered the washers was definitely loud. Being out on the street was great! Before starting, they verified the work that we wanted done and then they were off. Two hours later, our siding looks new, our back patio looks new and out front door step looks new.
